A fellow owner recommended the apple pie, so I got 2 orders to go ($33.30). Got back to the room and my wife and I took one bite and threw them in the trash. The pie was salty and was not good at all, what a waste of money. Talked to the bartender the next day (October 20, 2025), and was told the manager will reverse the charge. Contacted The Boot prior to checking out, same result, manager will reverse the charge. Contacted them again on October 29th, was told again the manager will reverse the charge. I’m still waiting for my refund!!!

I have no clue how this place has an average of 4.1 out of 5 stars. The food was so awful and the service sucked. Barely anyone in the place and we couldnt get drink refills or a box to save our life. I guess when most of your clientele are tourists you just don't have to care. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Overall liked the place, and the pizza and beer were delicious. Most of the time that we went, we had great service. However, one of the days we went for happy hour, there was a blonde waitress who did not treat us very well. We ordered two beers, which she only filled 3/4 of the way, so we had to ask her to fill them the rest of the way. Then, when closing out, she added the large party service fee to our bill (we were a party of 2). We always tip at least 20% anyways, but it seemed like a cheeky thing to do for a party of 2.

Horrible service. Sat there for 1 1/2 hours, waitress made me excuses that she was the only one on service. We had another guy help us. Never got my kids food, never got my appetizers, waited 30 minutes for a drink (we should have left then!). Waiters hands were so dirty, they looked like they hadn't been washed in a week. Got our pizza, no kids meal, no app. Pizza was cold. I had enough, and asked for the check. They were really quick to bring the bill when I asked, and had all the food charged to the bill that we never received. I don't know who is running that place, but it looked like a 2 ring circus. So disappointed. Came up here to celebrate my 40th birthday. Extremely underwhelmed. And my kids are still hungry. Guess I'll make dinner for them in the room.

Quick service. Fantastic beef burgers (chicken burger was just ok)! Staff very helpful especially with our highly active kids. Wasn't as busy as expected, plenty of seating, and pleasantly quiet.
Parking: There are a couple of spots to the East of the entry that are marked as parking for The Boot. It is not obvious, and if there are Grand Timber Lodge guests unloading/parked, you are unable to get to the underground garages or any other nearby parking. It would be a .75 mile walk up from the nearest Breck lot or call the Grand Timber Lodge for their shuttle.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, phew! Plenty of booths, paper cups, and standard kid fare. Though if you come in through the sliding door vs going through the tunnel & walking the exterior past the life-sized chess board & shuffle board games...be prepared to walk by the arcade!

Dropped in here around 6pm on a Tuesday after skiing. Wasn't too busy and the staff was readily available and attentive. They had the Avalanche game on, where I could not get it on the Dish receiver in my room, bonus! Got to watch a little of that while waiting for to-go prder.Had the bacon cheeseburger and the wings, ordered extra crispy. Everywhere I go, I try and order wings extra crispy and am usually disappointed, but here they nailed it! Substitute fries for a pretty fancy salad with shaved parm, balsamic dressing on the side. Breckenridge Brewery Peach Wheat on tap, never seen that before. Thanks for a convenient good time, Boot Saloon!

Easily one of the worst Ruben sandwiches I ever experienced. Overcooked burger. Wilty lettuce. Ceasars salad was spicy hot. Gratification and atmosphere. Don't waste your hard earned money here.
