Very disappointing experience all around from 30 minute wait for a Diet Coke to server not even getting all of our order submitted. I had to get up & find a water pitcher so we could have drink refills. We waited 20 minutes for server to figure out that she never submitted a fourth of our orders! Then after that she wanted to know if she should order them from the kitchen! What was she doing the 20 minutes that the food could have been cooked! We left with 2 of our party...read full review
This place is not a steak house, it's more a Dennys that's going out of business, or maybe if there was a Dennys in a prison...
1st, our waitress was nice, but not engaged and we basically had to beg her to get our 9yr some carrots without paying for their ridiculously sad salad buffet.
2nd, we each got a strip, both under cooked, bland, sad,,,burnt on one side, pale on the other...It was just terrible.
