Their lunch burritos look like small breakfast burritos. It wasn't the worst I've had in Boulder, but it wasn't the best either. It was good enough that I finished the burrito, but average enough that I don't really care to go back.
This place and the food rocks! The owner is a great and fun guy to talk to while you pick up some fresh food and ingredients.
I suggest you purchase the beef or chicken fajitas or the El Pastore with some extra peppers and onions. Then add some Horchata mix. Then head home and cook a tasty dinner! And make some horchata or even better some rum Chatta!

The quality of the meat is so fresh and delicious! It is the most flavorful taco truck in Boulder. I've been to all of them and this is my #1 pick. It's a must have for tacos in Boulder
