Absolutely stunning. Cheep considering the quality and authenticity of the food. Ado and crew and very kind people. Clean restaurant, clear ingredients listed, and, depending on the need of change, is open to changing the dish to accommodate dietary restrictions.
Highly recommend the rosemary pasta
What a great spot. The Salvadorian Shrimp and the Pad Thai were amazing. Ado clearly cares about his craft and checks in to make sure you enjoy the food he prepares.
Every dish was crafted with care and passion!!!!!!!
The menu is quite interesting, several great options that made it hard to choose. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was outstanding, I wanted to order 3 of these instead of an entree. Portions are generous and the owner is very nice and friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable for Boulder.
We all loved the food - chicken marsala was perfect, with a lovely presentation - and the service was prompt and friendly. Check this place out!
Love this place. The food was really good and the service was by Ado himself. He takes pride, and it shows. Thank you.
High quality food. Great date night or a place for parents to enjoy a real meal. Wish I had a larger party so i could taste more of the dishes. Wouldnt call it Italian reetaurant, though it has many Italian options.
Owner was great to talk to. Cyclical business of a college town has got to be tough, especially when you are trying to create something better than quick eats.
Food was delicious! Mushroom crepes were so good. The owner saw that I was ready to order and personally came to the table to take my order. He was a very nice man. Highly recommend

Best food we've had in our week-long visit to Denver area!!
Mushroom Crepes were out of this world delicious ? I'd take some back home if possible, they were that good!
The owner came out and talked to us. Vert friendly and personable.

The Google options for my recommendations don’t include a lot of the foods that I’ve had here. The brussels sprouts are not to be missed. I’ve been here several times and have been all over the menu with my choices. Not only that, the kitchen is extremely accommodating and it’s very likely that Ado, himself, will be making your food.
He is very careful with his choices for Wine. All restaurants charge double and a half for a bottle of wine, so that is to be expected here also. However, his choices are very savvy and it’s easy to find something that will make you happy. There is also a full bar.
since this place is right next to the Fox theater, I have often come early for a show, and come here to eat before I go listen to the music or shoot the show. The bar is often very crowded, but I have never had trouble getting a seat in the restaurant. Highly recommend.

Great food!! Great service!! “On the hill, but I really shouldn’t be”—says Ado, the talented & kind proprietor/chef—and that is spot on! We don’t come to the hill to eat often, but I’m so glad we did tonight!
I had the wild salmon crusted with pistachios & greens—so light, delicious and perfect!! The wines were delicious. My BF had the Colorado lamb burger—perfection! And really different—the fries were fantastic too.
If you’re looking for a great place to eat in Boulder, you can’t go wrong, and the quality was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable too.
