Food was delicious! Mushroom crepes were so good. The owner saw that I was ready to order and personally came to the table to take my order. He was a very nice man. Highly recommend

Best food we've had in our week-long visit to Denver area!!
Mushroom Crepes were out of this world delicious ? I'd take some back home if possible, they were that good!
The owner came out and talked to us. Vert friendly and personable.

The Google options for my recommendations don’t include a lot of the foods that I’ve had here. The brussels sprouts are not to be missed. I’ve been here several times and have been all over the menu with my choices. Not only that, the kitchen is extremely accommodating and it’s very likely that Ado, himself, will be making your food.

He is very careful with his choices for Wine. All restaurants charge double and a half for a bottle of wine, so that is to be expected here also. However, his choices are very savvy and it’s easy to find something that will make you happy. There is also a full bar.

since this place is right next to the Fox theater, I have often come early for a show, and come here to eat before I go listen to the music or shoot the show. The bar is often very crowded, but I have never had trouble getting a seat in the restaurant. Highly recommend.

Great food!! Great service!! “On the hill, but I really shouldn’t be”—says Ado, the talented & kind proprietor/chef—and that is spot on! We don’t come to the hill to eat often, but I’m so glad we did tonight!

I had the wild salmon crusted with pistachios & greens—so light, delicious and perfect!! The wines were delicious. My BF had the Colorado lamb burger—perfection! And really different—the fries were fantastic too.

If you’re looking for a great place to eat in Boulder, you can’t go wrong, and the quality was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable too.

By far the best restaurant on the hill, probably one of the best restaurants in Colorado. Everything I’ve eaten here is halfway a religious experience, run here if you are wanting to try something new.

Phenomenal restaurant! The service was fantastic and the food was even better. We ordered the carbonara and the pistachio crusted salmon and both dishes were beyond our expectations. Amazing food quality and extremely flavorful. We will be back!

Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy and the menu is labeled as well as the server making sure the kitchen was aware of my allergy and let us know the appetizer my partner ordered was also gf if I wanted to sample. Very thoughtful!

Perhaps the best chicken piccata I’ve ever had. Perfect amount of tart in the sauce. Deliciously creamy mashed potatoes without being too heavy. Two perfectly cooked thin pieces of chicken. Great atmosphere inside.

We had great food and good service at Ado's for brunch. This place should be added to any list of must try in Boulder.

The Bloody Mary's were delicious. Our group universally loved their meals; plantain breakfast, steak and eggs burrito, pad Thai, avocado toast, egg plant Florentine, and papusas. The avocado toast, burrito, and egg plant were the standouts for our group.

There was no problem with the service, just a little slow, which I'm guessing was a result of us being one of the first tables of the morning.

Stayed at the Moxy for a week. Tried a variety of restaurants and I came to Ado's and it was hands down the best restaurant we went to. If you are in Boulder you have to go experience the food, staff and environment. Hands down best food and I walked there from the Moxy. Thanks Ado for dealing with us all week.

Stayed at the Moxy and decided to stop by here for lunch. Great experience and service. Had the lemongrass curry, and it was delicious. There are a lot of options for those with dietary restrictions. The service was great and there are a ton of great drink choices at the bar. Will definitely come back.
