I eat lunch at the Golden location 3-4 times a month. I was disappointed when I ate dinner at the Boulder location. It's everything the Golden location has but worse.
The chicken shawarma was a very dry rotisserie chicken from a supermarket, which is the complete opposite in Golden. The pita was fine but not as good, the rice had no flavor (again opposite in Golden), but the hummus was good
The service was excellent, though. I'm not sure why these locations are the complete opposite but I will not be eating in Boulder again

May be authentic but the chicken on my fattoush salad was hard, dried out and inedible. A strip mall restaurant with fluorescent lighting. Need better decor and lighting. Friday at 7 pm we were the only customers.

Ali Baba has been so good for so long. My kids have grown up eating in Golden and now Boulder for 20 years. Hands down the best hummus anywhere. Great flavors on the meats, garlic sauce, and homemade hot sauce. I changed how I cook rice at home because of this restaurant. Lovely owners. ❤️ Free Syria 🇸🇾
