Not sure why it took me so long to find this place, but am glad I did. Had the veggie platter, everything was incredibly fresh and wonderful. Complex flavors, healthy and delicious. Highly recommend.
Middle eastern food is best served simple. Ali Baba delivers. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hummus was authentic, which is not an easy thing to do and maintain outside of the Middle East.
If I lived in Boulder I’d be having lunch here every week.
Nice to have authentic Arab coffee which takes more effort to make but is worth every bit.

The falafel was dry and oddly shaped and not green on the inside
The hummus was ok, could use more flavor and richer texture
Th toum was good
Muhammara was a little spicer than I’m used to
