Love to stop and get coffee here when I am visiting from AZ. It is definitely worth the short trip around the corner off Pearl Street.
Chill place to hang out and enjoy some coffee. Plenty of space and a variety of seating options. Reasonable prices. Plenty of place to charge if you need. T.v.s (on mute) to enjoy as well depending of your taste.

Atmosphere is cold and sterile (attached to a techy coworking space so that may influence the vibe), coffee really subpar. Had a cortado and the espresso tasted like coffee you’d buy for $8/bag at the grocery store. Maybe I’m spoiled by the coffee shops I’ve had in towns where I’ve lived, but this was very much a convenience option more than a “good coffee” option.
