No food here as it is really just a hole in the wall coffee shop. That being said, the coffee is amazing! Also, when you by a bag they will grind it for it AND you get a free coffee to go!

I absolutely love Ampersand. It's within walking distance of my work, and while I'm not a huge coffee person, Ampersand definitely breaks the mold there. The blends and options are so unique and delicious, and I always enjoy trying something new here. I'm big on tea, so I appreciate that they have matcha! The staff are super kind, skillful, and welcoming. The interior is warm and cozy (and I'm a huge fan of the giant world map on the wall as someone obsessed with maps). Such a fantastic place and I'm so glad it's nearby.

Favorite coffee to purchase but the service has been very bad the past several visits. Typically will just buy online now or visit a different local vendor. It’s a shame because it used to be such a pleasant place to go
I’ve been coming here for years. Lately, the drip coffee has had a strong/woody flavor, suggesting that they’re severely overextracting the coffee.
It’s still a fine place to get an espresso drink, but they need to work on the brewed coffee.

The coffee is good but the service could not be worse. I’ve watched this place go progressively downhill for years. I end up trying to give it another chance every several months, but enough is enough. Too many good coffee places in Boulder to waste your money here.

I am just now enjoying with a heart of gratitude this delicious seasonal cup of coffee, the snickerdoodle. I felt warmth, friendliness, and a sense of being seen and welcome by the barista, and by a group of kids who enthusiastically asked me what it was I was going to get for food!!
