Our favorite North Boulder sushi bar. Consistent, high-quality sushi in a place that doesn't smell like bait store. Service is consistently good, and they have fresh wasabi. What more do you need?
Absolutely thrilled since Aoi opened in the neighborhood! It's definitely a great experience to dine there, everything is truly delicious when it comes to you fresh from the Chef's!
When you live nearby take out is incredible too.
I think pretty much everything here is tasty and crafted to be so. In fact, the menu is simple but elegant.

I’ve been to several sushi places in and around Boulder and I think AOI has the best quality/price ratio. It felt very authentic and the staff were very nice. They charge a 3% credit card fee, which I’m never a fan of, but otherwise, I highly recommend.
