Accidentally booked our Christmas eve dinner at our favorite restaurant for the 26th. Last minute had to find another restaurant. All of Boulder completely booked. Luckily Apertivo had a spot. Food and service were great. Nice place off the beaten path.

We went for Thanksgiving. They actually offered a traditional turkey dinner, but we opted for pasta. it was delicious. It's in an apartment complex, and it was easy to park. It was a bit of a hike from Commerce City, but worth the drive.

Food is pretty good, but they always run out of the wine on their menu. This is the second time they haven't had something they advertise. It ruins the overall experience. The place also has an unusual smell when you walk in. I can't quite place it, but I think it's a mixture of cleaning products used to mask some of the dirty water smells. I have worked in restaurants where a “dirty water smell” comes from the dishwashing equipment. They probably aren't sanitizing the dishwashing equipment properly because they think if it cleans dishes, it must be clean. The smell could also come from not changing out the dirty water often enough during floor washing. They need to investigate what's going on.

I've had my eye on this restaurant for a while and finally got to try it today. I'm so glad I did! The food and service were just awesome, making for a wonderful lunch experience. It's a true gem, and I'll definitely be coming back.

Needs more selections like chicken or maybe burgers. Growing tired of current selections. The fish though is very good. Pasta dishes are meh.

Delicious food, and so many yummy cocktails to pick from that we had trouble deciding which ones to try! A bit of a pain to get to on the bus from south Boulder, but worth it! Highly recommend this place. Order the creamy salmon pasta (not sure if that's the actual title of the dish)--OMG, so good. Very quiet, but there were only a couple other tables occupied. Might be noisier when it's full, as it's a very tiny place. Nice looking patio, but it was too cold when we were there. Service was friendly and attentive; quick but never too fast (i.e., none of our courses came before we finished the one before). A perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! We would definitely come back.

What a wonderful restaurant off the beaten path! The service was incredible, and the food was absolutely delicious! We ordered A LOT of food, and literally everything was wonderful. We had 6 types of tapas as well as individual meals! Their Panang Curry was incredible. Everyone’s else’s meals were great, highly recommend this place!

A great find in an unexpected spot. Food was delicious. Service a bit slow but only because we learned they had 40 unexpected reservations at the last minute due to parent's weekend at CU—so understandable. This restaurant is worth a visit!

We dine at Aperitivo almost every weekend. It's our favorite go-to place to kick off the weekend for several reasons: a relaxing outdoor patio, great service, and delicious food! Highly recommend the Maple Latte - you can get it hot or cold. The appetizers and main dishes are carefully curated and delicious. It's one of the many delights at Aperitivo. Joe, Abhi, Chef Miguel and team are amazing. So grateful to have them as our favorite lunch and dinner place!
