Chose this place to celebrate my birthday with my family, as neither of us has ever been here before. Every single thing we had was amazing! The artichoke appetizers were my favorite, but equally great were the olives and fried tortellinis. Had the fettuchini with vodka sauce and mushrooms, that was so delicious I couldn't wait to eat my leftovers the next morning. I also had the sundae brownie with a scoop of vanilla gelato, that brownie was warm and moist, it was phenomenal!

All around it was average. We ordered some of their signature mixed drinks, they were heavy on the mixers. We skipped appetizers and my entree- pan fried salmon was over cooked, but fine, served over roasted again over cooked broccoli and cauliflower with couscous. My husband had the mushroom risotto, again it was overcooked and unremarkable. For the price point, it was generally what we expected. I'd consider going back for brunch but their dinner menu is probably too broad for the kitchen to be great at any item.

I had dinner here for valentine's day and it was overfilled with tables, which made the cute little restaurant less enjoyable from the start. I got there 30 min late but the waitress was very nice and did not seem annoyed, which was noted and appreciated. However, the food was absolutely average and overpriced. It was nothing that cannot be done at home and was lacking flavor intensity and was just nothing special. Granted, after mentioning our disappointment with one of the dishes, the waitress was so generous to take it off the bill. For a quick appetizer or drink, this place might be the right spot but for a dinner date it was simply unsatisfying.

We love Aperitivo! The food is excellent, the staff attentive, and prices are more than reasonable by Boulder standards. We have now been three times in the last 3 months, and I feel like when we go in we are doing so to "our" restaurant. It has that family friendly feel. Give them all the business you can, its a treasure for Gunbarrel and we come to eat there even though we live in North Boulder.

What a cute little restaurant! I came in today on my birthday to have a nice little late birthday lunch. I tried the burrata small plate and the calamari small plate. I also had a maple syrup latte light on the syrup. Everything was absolutely spectacular. The calamari was nice and tender. But honestly the burrata stole the show, being incredibly fresh and tasty. A wonderful, wonderful meal on my birthday. I also met one of the owners, Joseph. He was incredibly pleasant and sweet. I will definitely be back.

The food is delicious and the menu is eclectic! Eveyone in our party loved their meal. All the dishes were full of flavor and well presented! I felt like I should have paid more for what I got and I truly appreciate the affordability of a delicious meal around the Boulder area! This is now our go-to for Friday night dinner!

Went here for drinks with my friend and we had a nice time they have a nice ambiance. They had a nice variety for the menu. I got the chocolate martini. I feel like this is less common and usually places only have espresso martinis. My friend got the chocolate espresso martini which was also good. We got two orders of fries to share which were yummy. There's only street parking around which is inconvenient. The bathroom was clean and service was quick.

We went for a Christmas ladies lunch. We had never been. The food was delicious and VERY fresh. Every dish we saw was beautifully presented and the flavors were exceptional. The staff and owners are very nice and they did a really great job of giving us lots of time in between checking on our needs which made it feel less like we were being watched. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone! Such a nice little place with delicious food! Good date night place too!
They only have three vegan options. Very mid vegan risotto, feels like they put cooked rice in tomato soup with some soy chunk shreds.

We had a big group for brunch and there was plenty of room. The staff was great and very kind. The food was yummy and came out pretty quickly. The ambiance was lovely and felt very comfortable. Will be back again!
Celebrated a friend's 75th birthday dinner here and Miguel made it absolutely magical. Excellent atmosphere, delicious food and the service couldn't have been better. Thanks SO MUCH! ???

We went here for the first time and had a great experience. Everyone thought the appetizers, main plates, and desserts were delicious. The adults had cocktails from the extensive and interesting menu and really enjoyed them (and are picky on that front). The service was excellent. We sat outside and found it pleasant despite what at first felt like an unusual location. Overall a great experience and we'll come back for sure.
