The worst chicken parm I’ve ever had. Not breaded. No flavor. Tasted like the chicken had gone bad. It was rubbery too. (I ordered on DoorDash - but this is an easy dish to order takeout.)

Considering the limited options that Boulder has… I will prob go back. The pasta sauce was solid. So will give this place another try at one point.

So my wife and I love ordering from Bacco on date nights when we arent feeling like going out and usually we get the same thing. She gets the papardelle boscaiola and I get the chicken parmigiana. Before tonight we have never had serious complaints but this is the second time in a row that we have ordered and the papardelle in her pasta was undercooked. Last time, it was just barely shy of al dente so we gave it a pass. However, this time was disappointing because most of her...
