Really disappointing experience here. This is a walk-up, order-at-the-counter place, but the staff seemed overly focused on tipping—repeating multiple times that they “come around and refill your water, bring your utensils, and bus your tables.” I tipped, though not the full 20% I usually leave for table service, and our table was ignored the entire time - no water refills, no check ins. This was blatantly obvious too as there were 2 other tables on that patio relatively close to ours so we could see when the staff was doing walk around. Tip for the restaurant - if you expect the 20% tip , try table service instead - this hybrid , tip before service approach doesn’t work out very well.
The food was an even bigger letdown to the point where I felt it was on purpose. The Buffalo wings were abnormally spicy and the kimchi salad was so spicy it was inedible.
Overall, the experience felt transactional, almost like the staff punished us for tipping less than expected. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you enjoy extremely spicy food and service that feels conditional.

I can’t express how much I truly wish I had three stomach so I could consume more. It took a lot of will power to not finish a whole half of pizza. 10/10 recommend Barchetta! 🤩 Everyone working was very welcoming and hard working. Kaiden gave some great recommendations and walked over to the self serve drinks on tap to show us how it works. He came and checked on us frequently and I think he’s killing it at his job 👍 When I said I wanted pizza, Barchetta is what I meant... forever and always. I will be back and trying more flavors of pies next time!

We ordered the cheeseburger pizza, which had great flavor. My husband said it tasted more like a BIG MAC from McDonald's, but we loved it. Light, crispy crust, great favors, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely need to come back to try more pizza!

Dine and or delivery- this pizza is always the bomb!! We took our pups today and enjoyed the patio seating and hospitality. We love this spot- the food, ambiance, and service are amazing! Highly recommended!!

FANtastic pizza. Soo so good. I'll keep coming back here for SURE. Best part about it is that my mom could eat here too (she is gluten free/celiac). Eating out with my parents and wife for my wife's bday was the first time in YEARS I haven't seen my mom bring her own food. The pizza was to die for (as they say) but that's a very contradictory statement lol. EAT HERE, SO GOOD!!

I walked in and instantly was bowled over by the delicious smells. I literally had to tell the kitchen staff, “my god, it smells amazing in here!” The chef thanked me and after a few questions recommended the Gluten Free Meatballs (WHAT?!?)
Upon devouring these tender, flavorful, amazing little nuggets of delight, I literally scraped the bowl clean of sauce. Frickin delishhhhhh!!!! 🤌😘

The price via internet is lower than what they charge. They acted like it was my fault the internet was not accurate!!! And, then they auto added a 20%!!!! It was for take-out!!!
