We had a wonderful meal at the bar and can't wait to come back! Rachel was so fun to talk to and was super knowledgeable about the menu and Basta. We enjoyed the chicken liver mousse, buratta, crudo, half chicken, bok choy, and budino for dessert. All dishes were excellent.
We went to Basta for our elopement dinner in August, and it could not have been a more special night. Everyone, especially August and Rachel and the chef, made us feel so special and helped us celebrate this milestone. The food and drinks were amazing, the service impeccable. This is forever our go-to place for celebrating!
Basta is a good restaraunt with exceptional service, offering a delicious Branzino for a decent price and decent pies. It is generally hard to find above-average pizza in Colorado but Basta's is okay. The bread and burrata is a popular dish, and quite frankly, their bread is excellent. A recommended restaraunt in Boulder without a doubt. Great for a date night or meetup with friends. Once again, excellent and warm service.
