I had such a lovely experience at this location! The customer service from Alexsys was amazing at my time there. Funny story, I was actually only visiting Boulder City on vacation from Texas and stopped here while shopping. I had actually left a few of my items I had just bought at this location! I had barely noticed until we were far from there! Thankfully I got in contact with the store and Alexsys had already set my items aside! She was so accommodating and understanding that...
Alexsys is the best. She served us and helped us make a good decision. She is the best. 10/10 for service and presentation. Her lovely smile and willingness to help. The best customer service. Thank you Akexsys for helping us and all customers to make them the right choice of the flavor they like.
wish i could say 6 stars because 5 isn’t enough the ice cream was creamy the music was dreamy what else could you ask for. I had such a good time it made me want to rhyme. i love the vibe it almost made me die. they cooked up so much i had to look it up.
