They put way way too much cream cheese on their bagels so that it becomes disgusting to try and eat without scraping most of it off. If you order “easy” cream cheese, they put so little on there that it’s mostly just dry bread. There is no in between. I just don’t get it.

Big Daddy Bagels catered our b'nai mitzvah event for about 150 people. It was totally seamless -- easy for us, even! Several people commented on how good the food was. At the end of the event, they packaged all the leftovers and split it up between two hosting families. Thank you for a successful event!

These are the closet thing to genuine NY City bagels I’ve found outside of NY!! They’re even better than ones in south FL (where all New Yorkers flock to when they retire). The young guy at the register was very friendly and helpful as well! We will definitely be back!!

The bagels are fresh and tasty. Service is friendly. However, my recent visit I spent almost $10 for a bagel with cream cheese with a tomato slice and a large coffee. I know times are tough, but yikes! I don't mind spending ten bucks for coffee and a bagel if its great, but they clearly do not brew it with enough actual coffee and it pretty much tastes like warm brown water. I have tried all flavors and its all the same. I would suggest getting a bagel, but getting your coffee elsewhere.

Best bagels in Colorado. I don’t usually eat Colorado bagels because they just taste like nothing but these bagels are chewy and crusty and have great flavor.
Our family loves this place. We’ve been coming here for about five years. The Ultimate bagel is amazing. Small request - please remove the recently added bell on the front door. It’s very unpleasant if you are sitting at a table near the front door. Thank you!!?

I have been a frequent customer of big daddy bagels for a couple of years now and the food and staff have been amazing. Recently I have been at the restaurant multiple times while a woman who I believe is the owner has been there and she is extremely unpleasant to be around. I have witnessed her openly belittle and berate her employees and it’s very uncomfortable to be around. She is condescending, rude, and unfriendly to her staff and even some customers. To contrast, the staff have been wonderful to me every time I go in and the food is consistently a killer breakfast. To the owner: please stop going into the shop!!

Sometimes, the customer service is terrible enough that the food doesn’t even matter. It’s impossible for me to enjoy a meal when I’ve been treated like garbage — it makes me lose my appetite. That’s exactly what happened today. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by the time I arrived. It wasn’t ready and that’s fine, I get that the estimates aren’t always 100% accurate. However, what pisses me off is that the employees weren’t even trying. They were literally eating grapes hanging out behind the register chatting while there was a line. Multiple people were waiting on coffee drinks and two employees were there just chatting away. When I asked for my order after already having waited 10+ minutes the employee said the sandwich is ready and we’re working on the drink. No they weren’t, no one was at the espresso machine, I could clearly see it! And the sandwich that was ready — yes it had been sitting there the whole time I’d been standing there, getting colder by the second. When I finally got the drink, after about 15 minutes, the egg sandwich was completely cold!Never ordering from here again, which is a shame considering I live practically across the street.Also isn’t an employee eating grapes while prepping food a health code violation?! How can it not be???
