this is a very unique venue that is presented in the rural area near Longmont Colorado. The staff all has an obvious emotional and intellectual buy in That makes it feel like you're one of the family and more than a welcome guest, but someone who belongs for the short time that you're there. We were educated on all the foods we were given with a great personal explanation from folks who truly knew what they were talking about and enjoyed sharing their products. Parking...
Our magical night at Black Cat was worth every penny. The ambiance cannot be beat—sitting in our own cozy glass cabana complete with wood-burning stove. We were treated like family with shared information about the food, how it was sourced and prepared. About that food...FABULOUS!
