Pizza tasted good but they clearly only looked at our order for 1 second. They didn't give us the ranch we paid for and also forgot to put Jalepeños on our pizza. Also they didn't do light cheese like we asked. If you want food as you ordered with the correct toppings I would go somewhere else.

We LOVE our local pizza when we travel and hike and this pizza did NOT disappoint. Love tasting the Parmesan and the best pan crust ever! My husband and I demolished a large with no regrets! Thanks to the sweet bug working that cold night - she was awesome!

I have been eating blackjack pizza for many years. Overall, it’s a great tasting economical pizza. However, something changed recently with the cheese. It is now thick and clumpy almost glue like! So gross. I gave it another shot just to see if it was a one off but the same thing happened on the next order. This is from the blackjack on walnut.
I’ve never written a review for any business, but this shop has gotten on my last nerve. Blackjack Pizza on Walnut has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant.
Because they never answer the phone, I’ve gotten into the routine of just going into the store to place my takeout order and wait in my car or run an errand until it’s ready. However, on multiple occasions the employees have closed the store early (hours before they are supposed to close), turning off the open sign and locking the door, even though I can see them inside.
Tonight, I tried calling three times, with yet again no answer, so I went to the store to place my takeout order in person. I arrived to the store at 8:20 pm (they close at 10 pm), and the door is locked and the open sign is off. I see an employee inside making a pizza, but they ignore me. I wait as they walk back and forth from front to back of the store, and when they take notice of me, I mouth to ask if they’re open, they mouth back that they’re closed. I point to the door where the hours are posted and mouth back, “but you’re open,” and the employee proceeds to throw their hands in the air and mouth back, “but we’re closed.” They roll their eyes at me and look down to continue making the pizza and ignored me until I walked off.
This experience was my final straw. Blackjack has the most delicious pizza at reasonable prices, but no matter how good the food is, it’s not worth dealing with such ignorant employees who would rather do anything but their job. It’s unacceptable, honestly. The staff here is rude, inefficient, and seemingly plain lazy. I hope that whoever reads this is part of the management team, because this store’s staff seriously needs evaluation.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:05 on a Sunday night, said 90 minute delivery time which seemed crazy but hey I can wait I'm a patient guy.
At about 945 I tried calling in to inquire what was going on but they didn't answer even though they weren't closed yet.
It was annoying for sure at the time but I'm willing to move on cause I like the pizza.
I called in the next morning to get a refund and maybe even an apology. The girl I talked to said she needed to ask her boss how to handle it and that she would call me right back. I never did get that call back. It's not about the money, but based on this experience I'll never order from there again which is a shame cause the square pan pizza is pretty solid.
