Ordered a delivery for 12 cupcakes 5 days before I needed them with a few alterations. Was never contacted that they couldn’t do it, just an email saying it’ll be delivered on time. Ended up having to call because it was 2 hours late, no alterations(wish they just would have told me) and even though it told me in the email I needed to be home to accept the order they left them on the floor with no knock or email notification it was delivered. I only knew they were delivered because I heard my hallway door shut and I checked Cupcakes were good but $72 for cupcakes here was in no way worth it

When I was in college over a decade ago I would order these cookies all the time. At least twice a month I'd order a bakers dozen. This was when they had in house delivery people, and I was ordering frequently enough to get develop rapport with the delivery drivers. I remember one once told me he liked how I redecorated the place when I opened the door. This is to illustrate that I've eaten alotttttttt of cookies from boulder baked.
It has been, however, a number of years since I have had their cookies. Not since they moved locations.
Ordered a bakers dozen, one or two of my old favorite flavors aren't around anymore, but that's fine. I'll ways support Boulder baked over insomnia or crumbl or some other corporate bs cookies.
The cookies were good, but man, the shrinkflation is real!!
These cookies were so small compared to what I remember. They used to be big, and flat. Now they are tiny and thick. The oatmeal ones I ordered, always my favorite varieties, almost looked like spheres they were so thick..... With that thickness too, all the cookies, despite looking fully baked, were totally under baked on the inside. Did y'all change the recipes??? Do you store the dough at a lower temperature now or something and that's effecting the bake?
Like I said, the cookies were fine. My friend and I still enjoyed the ones we ate. I mean, they're cookies.
I wish this business continued success, and I will continue to chastise people who choose bs cookies like crumbl to be food options at events in this city when there is a great local cookie option, but personally, I was really disappointed.

Unfortunately need to avoid moving forward. My delivery order didnt see my requests for no pickles on the sandwich - though it lets you request this. My sandwich had pickles.
My brownie had a piece of paper looking thing baked into it. If I hadn't happened to split it in half before eating- i wouldn't have seen it. Now I dont have food and have to deal with Uber

We ordered cupcakes to be delivered for our Buff's 21st birthday, as we live out of town. Cupcakes never came, no correspondence telling us there was a problem, but $57.97 for 12 cupcakes (that never came) still came out of our bank account. We're so bummed we weren't able to send anything for our child's birthday since we can't be together. It would have been appropriate to let us know they weren't going to make the delivery on his birthday so we could arrange something else. I wouldn't order from here if you are depending on an important delivery. Never again.

The service was so friendly and kind — the man working was so genuine and conversational, which made the experience even better. The cupcakes were the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend for any occasion or just a sweet treat!

Ordered assortment of 2 dozen cupcakes. Not only were they ready when I arrived, they were the hit of our adult family gathering! Thank you!

As a person that eats GF and DF, I needed to check this place out while I was in town. I got a gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate cup cake with white frosting. My partner got a regular German chocolate cupcake. As we were checking out, we saw the cookies sign on the wall and asked about the GF/DF cookies. They needed to be baked so we waited 10 min for them. Got the gluten-free chocolate one and the gluten-free and dairy-free peanut butter ones. My partner ate his cupcake while we waited for the cookies. I took all mine home as the cookies were freshly baked and needed a few to cool down. I tried the cookies when we got home, and they had a weird flavor. I thought it was me and closed them up to try the next day. I tried them again the next day and still this odd flavor to them. I cannot put my finger on the flavor I just didn’t like it and disregarded both cookies. I asked my partner about his cupcake he said it was fine. I tried my cupcake, and I can tell you the cake itself was AMAZING! It had good flavor, was moist and all around yummy. But I can also tell you I hated the frosting; it tasted like it was made from Crisco and I promptly discarded it. I hate to do this when it is a small bakery, but I feel I must be honest. Parking was also difficult at night when a dance class was in session.

I ordered a cake in advance, expecting it to be ready on time and done correctly—it was neither. The lettering was wrong, the color wasn’t what I requested, and the cake still wasn’t finished when I arrived, despite clearly stating what time I would be there. I ended up waiting an additional 30–40 minutes. I won’t be returning and definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
