The staff didn’t greet or acknowledge anyone waiting to place an order. There is a kiosk to place an order and wait. I waited for over 20 minutes with no updates or reassurance that my order was being prepared. So I requested a refund. Rosie was very rude and not helpful. She had to call owner to ask how to proceed with a refund. 10 days later, I’m still waiting on my refund. Called to talk to owner Josh, but I was asked to email him to follow up. Why do I have to do the work to get my money back? Poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend.

I was really excited to try this place for lunch. When I arrived the guy working at the front seemed unhappy to be helping customers or working there. There were no foot traffic and there was terrible service.

The recipes are amazing, first class, but the staff are careless, mediocre and prices are so high. 3 cupcakes and slice of cake for 30 dollars is expensive. Not even organic!!!

Boulder Baked vegan options are so good. I highly recommend the cupcakes.They have wonderful sandwiches as well and kind employees!
