This isn’t about the food this is about the young waiter that attended to us he was super kind and during our time we ordered rolls but the shrimp was undercooked we told him and he wasn’t frustrated or mad at all instead he kindly said that he would check when he came back he told us that they would take it out of the bill meaning we didn’t have to pay. He was honest and nice.

I placed an order through this restaurants system for door dash delivery. When the food wasn’t delivered, the manager/owner was extremely rude and hung up. Very weird and disrespectful. My order number is 296001d. Hopefully they’ll fix it and I’ll change this review. Very weird experience.

It’s a tradition now to go get pho every Thursday. I love this spot more than any other pho restaurant I’ve been to. Boulder Pho has insanely good broth and excellent service. Highly recommend trying the Kobe Beef bowl!

I picked up a noodle bowl Monday night and immediately felt like it wasn’t digestible, I took enzymes to force it to digest and am paying the price today. The fish sauce was extra smelly, so it may have just been off but my tummy does not agree with the food. I had been skipping these guys for awhile so this was my first attempt back and probably my last.

Historically we have enjoyed the food at Boulder Pho. This evening, our lemongrass tofu was mainly an onion. This photo is what was left after eating about 8 pieces of tofu, about 10 thin slices of carrots, a few thin slices of green peppers and some of the onions. Would love if there were mushrooms, bamboo shoots, more peppers, or other vegetables. This dish did not need more than 6-8 thinly sliced onions tops.

I left a cash tip and she added an extra $3 tip to my credit card. So you traded hundreds of dollars from a loyal customer for $3. Never going there again. FRAUDS.
I’ve ordered from here a lot but mistakenly order to the wrong address. Uber eats kept my money and bolder pho never delivered the food. $60 down the drain. Insane!!

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, we had a dinner with coworkers. There is quite a lot of different choices for food based on what you want from soups, grill, noodles, seafood and … . All of my colleagues were enjoyed their food and were satisfied with quality. I tried their boba tea as well, they had various different flavors and the best this is that you can pick the sweetness. I highly recommend it .
