I recently visited this pho spot, and I have to say, it's some of the best pho I've ever had. The broth was absolutely incredible--rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell they take the time to craft it right. It's comforting and just what you want when you're craving a hearty, authentic bowl of pho.
The wontons were pretty good too, I'd give them a solid 7/10. They were well-cooked and tasty. The variety on the menu is great, with plenty of other items to choose from if you're not just in the mood for pho.
The atmosphere was a big plus for me as well. It's super quiet and chill, perfect for a relaxed meal if you're looking to unwind or have a conversation without a lot of noise in the background. It feels cozy, but with a modern touch.
Prices were quite reasonable for the quality, and they have a great selection of drinks to complement your meal ranging from teas to other unique options. Whether you're a pho lover or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

This isn’t about the food this is about the young waiter that attended to us he was super kind and during our time we ordered rolls but the shrimp was undercooked we told him and he wasn’t frustrated or mad at all instead he kindly said that he would check when he came back he told us that they would take it out of the bill meaning we didn’t have to pay. He was honest and nice.

I placed an order through this restaurants system for door dash delivery. When the food wasn’t delivered, the manager/owner was extremely rude and hung up. Very weird and disrespectful. My order number is 296001d. Hopefully they’ll fix it and I’ll change this review. Very weird experience.

It’s a tradition now to go get pho every Thursday. I love this spot more than any other pho restaurant I’ve been to. Boulder Pho has insanely good broth and excellent service. Highly recommend trying the Kobe Beef bowl!

I picked up a noodle bowl Monday night and immediately felt like it wasn’t digestible, I took enzymes to force it to digest and am paying the price today. The fish sauce was extra smelly, so it may have just been off but my tummy does not agree with the food. I had been skipping these guys for awhile so this was my first attempt back and probably my last.

Historically we have enjoyed the food at Boulder Pho. This evening, our lemongrass tofu was mainly an onion. This photo is what was left after eating about 8 pieces of tofu, about 10 thin slices of carrots, a few thin slices of green peppers and some of the onions. Would love if there were mushrooms, bamboo shoots, more peppers, or other vegetables. This dish did not need more than 6-8 thinly sliced onions tops.
