BE AWARE — Ordered a small Kobe beef and when it come out ( 20 minutes later ) it def was not Kobe. Also, a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the kitchen. Service was very slow and very inattentive. I would not recommend this place. There are much better pho spots in Boulder .

Boulder Pho is not like any Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. When I walk in I am welcomed by a staff that to any other observer could appear to have been my friends of 20 years. The food is always fresh and delicious and the atmosphere is splendid. Will be coming back for years to come.
