This isn’t about the food this is about the young waiter that attended to us he was super kind and during our time we ordered rolls but the shrimp was undercooked we told him and he wasn’t frustrated or mad at all instead he kindly said that he would check when he came back he told us that they would take it out of the bill meaning we didn’t have to pay. He was honest and nice.

It’s a tradition now to go get pho every Thursday. I love this spot more than any other pho restaurant I’ve been to. Boulder Pho has insanely good broth and excellent service. Highly recommend trying the Kobe Beef bowl!

BEST pho in boulder. not even joking. service is always quick (i usually order to-go) and the food travels well and is still hot. my fav thing is the rare steak pho it’s always phenomenal. i eat here weekly and i love it
