Don’t order the buffalo chicken wrap with buffalo sauce inside, unless you like a dish that is unbalanced, as they put WAY too much buffalo sauce on mine. I’m a huge hot sauce fan and handle spice well, so that wasn’t the issue—there was just so much buffalo sauce that I couldn’t even taste the other ingredients inside the wrap. It may have been better had they actually added the guac I paid for. I’m sad to write this review as I haven’t had something this bad in a while 😭 I’m not a very picky eater but this was almost inedible :(( I’m hoping the other stuff on their menu is alright.

Bovas is a late night spot to grab a bite that slaps, it's always fresh and high quality. The line cooks really care about providing good food. Always greeted with friendly energy this spot not only serves hot fresh menu options but also has an entire convenient store within. Anything from toiletries to ice cream and freezer pizza. Perfect stop in and out of Boulder from the metro area.

No question Best cheesesteak sandwich West of Philadelphia and that’s just the start … if you leave without getting some homemade baklava, you’re missing out. The baklava at Bova’s is the best I’ve ever had

Fast service but one of their gyros comes on Italian bread with absolutely no sauce which is strange, doesn’t specify ingredients on uber eats

Quick service, if you want a late-night meal, here you go. Awesome staff, great you instantly. Within minutes you have your fresh hot order. Very fair prices.

Only place in boulder where you can get an actually decent shawarma
