Bovas is a late night spot to grab a bite that slaps, it's always fresh and high quality. The line cooks really care about providing good food. Always greeted with friendly energy this spot not only serves hot fresh menu options but also has an entire convenient store within. Anything from toiletries to ice cream and freezer pizza. Perfect stop in and out of Boulder from the metro area.
No question Best cheesesteak sandwich West of Philadelphia and that’s just the start … if you leave without getting some homemade baklava, you’re missing out. The baklava at Bova’s is the best I’ve ever had
I got the Turkey and guac sub and it was great. I love whatever that red spicy sauce was, not sure. Good bread too.
My only complaint is that there was a beard hair in the guac of my sandwich, which was definitely not pleasant.
