My experience is based on an 8 oz cappuccino (whole milk) and a plain croissant. They passed with high grades. Coffee had nice latte art, balanced, light smoke in the beans, but also some caramel. I'd say B+ to A-, with a little room to improve on latte art and complexity of shot. Croissant was large, reheated in a real (high-speed) oven, hence nicely crispy. Not as buttery as the best ones but still quite fluffy and tasty. Similarly B+ to A-. Would certainly return.

It's a good place to stop for drinks and snacks. Centrally located and usually space to sit there's not a lot of atmosphere, it's a function of the shape and furniture but don't let that stop you from visiting. I love the spicy Chai hot or cold, with oat milk, with or without a shot.

Service was slow as there were only 2 people workingTook over 20mins for a cup of Chai. Chai was warm to cold vs hotAll in all not a great experience Space is nice and great location. Wish the food and service can be good and faster

I've been a patron for 3 years now. The coffee and service are generally good. In fact there are some really cool baristas that work there. It's expensive and I'm a a good tipper. My main concern is that I ordered 2 iced lattes and what appears to be a new barista ignored my request for a straw. Upon request she pretended that she understood me and continued to ignore me and my daughter for 5 minutes until we finally left with no straw. This was after tipping 20% on $14 worth of lattes.

We arrived 15 minutes after they opened. Three of us ordered a pour over coffee and we're told "it takes too long because they just opened." If you're the owner or manager of this place, I'm sorry that you have lazy people who don't care about the success of your business working for you. We are definitely never coming here again and telling everyone your place sucks.

We arrived at 7:15am after they opened at 7:00am. We ordered pour over coffee, which is on the menu. The staff would not serve it to us because it was "too early." Unbelievable.

Ordered honey cinnamon latte, and they gave me a latte. Then gave me cinnamon and honey to mix myself. My brother ordered matcha and said he wanted it sweetened with honey and they also made him mix himself as well. Not the end of the wold but it was surprising.
