It seems like this is an extension of the Embassy Suites hotel, we ate at the breakfast buffet and it was very good. Area was clean, food was turned over quickly and there was a wide selection of items. Omelette station offered custom choices and they were cooked perfectly. While it was self service the cooks and associates clearing tables were very friendly. Nothing but good things to say

I'm not sure that this place is still Brickstones Kitchen & Bar - my GF and I were in Boulder and wanted to visit a new place we hadn't been to, found this on the Yelp search and it was highly rated. We arrived and were given menus for a place called Canyon Cafe. We looked at the menu and nothing matched what the other menus were. We tried to ask staff but the only person behind the bar wasn't around anymore. We placed our menus on the bar and left. The inside looks the same as what the pictures show here on Yelp, and on Google. We didn't have the food since the menu was so limited now and nothing was what we really wanted. The dude behind the bar was helpful when we came in, and I'm sure he was doing tons of things. Just left wondering if this place is called Canyon Cafe, or if it's still Brickstones. We're leaning towards the former.

Good restaurant located next to the lobby in the Embassy Suites; if you blink, you might miss it! Good menu with a decent wine list. I had the lemon dill salmon with grilled vegetables and that dish was well prepared. My daughter had the crab cakes and she seemed happy. My wife tried their grilled hearts of romain with salmon. That seemed the dish to order, as we all shared it and finished it off in record time. This is a good restaurant surrounded by lots of stellar places to eat, hence the light traffic in the restaurant. But as far as hotel restaurants go, they do a great job here.

A new and well-appointed hotel in central Boulder. The accommodations were very comfortable. Included in the price of the room is a happy hour (which I did not attend) and breakfast (which I really enjoyed -- the f--d was fresh and delicious). When parking in the pay lot beneath the hotel, ensure that you park near the elevator to the Embassy Suites, as the parking lot is shared with the Hilton Garden Suites. They charge you after you leave for the parking (and it is rather pricey).

We have three kids (15, 12, and 9) so when we travel our main priorities are getting two queen beds and a sofa bed and a hot breakfast. This hotel fit the bill for that. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, but excellent. Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, made-to-order omelettes, juice, etc. One of the better hotel breakfasts I've seen. Hotel was very clean and the pool area was great for the kids. Beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever had at a hotel. One thing that was somewhat frustrating was the design of the bathroom. For a larger room that could sleep up to 6 people, the configuration of the bathroom was puzzling and not very well thought-out. The bathroom was huge, and therefore could easily have accommodated a door between the shower/toilet area and the sink. But there was no door to close off that area, so when one person was showering, there was no privacy, and no one else could get ready at the sink/mirror. This was frustrating as we had 5 people trying to get ready in the morning. Also, only one sink when the large room could easily have accommodated two sinks. Not enough hooks to hang up towels and clothes, so instead of saving towels to reuse the next day, we had to just leave them on the floor and get new ones. One large wall was empty but could easily have had two more hooks for hanging towels and clothes. Puzzling design and not very functional for a larger-occupancy room. Front desk staff was not the friendliest. When I checked out, no one asked me how my stay was nor was the least bit concerned with service. Just clicked the button and that was it. I also had to tell them I had a Hilton Honors account so I could get the free bottled water. We also chose this hotel for the excellent location and this did not disappoint. A short drive to many stores such as grocery stores and Target, etc. Also short drive to Chataqua Park and Pearl Street mall.

Stayed two nights and was disappointed. Room was dated and dark. AC cannot be shutdown at night (noisy) and lights kept flickering. Pool was very dirty when checked out around 10am. Staff was friendly but not helpful.

This place is a gem. The room was amazing with a great bed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is top notch and happy hour is a plus. Be sure to stop by and say hi to Temple at the bar during happy hour. She is the reason I rated this hotel excellent. She treated us like family, remembered our names and made great recommendations on places to go in Boulder.

Perfect hub to spend a week for sons wedding. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was way above average and the cocktail reception was enjoyed. Pool area was perfect hangout and the resaturant serves great sandwiches, pizza and wings. Nice bar selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Our sitting area was a little dark but no issue. Great walking location to other services as well!

We arrived to the Hilton Gardenview and I was very underwhelmed by the check-in experience and the tiny room (for the price!). The next morning I spoke to the ladies at the front desk about my experience and they were very helpful. They switched us to Embassy Suites across the street for LESS money a night and a much larger room! And free breakfast, which is a huge help for a family of 4. Guests pay for breakfast at the Hilton. Our room was huge--perfect for a week-long stay. The pool was nice and the gym was really nice. The evening reception offers free snacks and drinks for guests. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Had a really good stay here. Hotel was clean, great location by CU campus. Bunch of restaurants/shopping within walking distance. Breakfast was solid. A wide variety of items and food was of very good quality. Only downside was pool was out of order during our stay. Fitness center was decent . Housekeeping is upon request only. I did not opt for it. Service from all employees was really good. I would like to recognize the front desk agent who checked me in Friday. Matt was really good. He was efficient, professional, and very customer service oriented. He recognized my gold status and made me feel like an appreciated hilton honors member. Well done Matt. He should be recognized. In closing i would not hesitate to stay at the Embassy Suites Boulder in the future.

The hotel is lovely and the whole experience should have been amazing but, for the price you pay per night I expected the service and quality of things to be better. Check in is supposed to start at 3pm. We arrived shortly after 3 and were told our room wasn’t ready but would be 20mins. 1.5hrs later our room was finally ready. No offer of complimentary parking or anything else for our delay. The room is well equipped and decorated nicely but again things weren’t quite right. One of the lights in the bedroom didn’t work and the balcony door also didn’t lock. Additionally the room service order button on both TVs wasn’t working. The reception they put on in the evening with 2 complimentary drinks per person and snacks is lovely and the breakfast is great too but our experience was just a bit tainted by the rest. Throughout the rest of our trip we stayed at places with less amenities but the customer service and the quality of the rooms far exceeded what we experienced at Hilton Embassy Suites.

The staff at this Embassy Suites was excellent. All were extremely polite and helpful, from the staff at the complimentary breakfast to the front desk to the cleaning staff. The breakfasts were well maintained with many selections and comfortable places to sit. The underground parking was easy and convenient. The wheelchair accessible room with 2 queen beds and the bathroom were well appointed, with an excellent tub/shower bench combo and a great shower head! We would have preferred a roll-in shower for our son who uses a wheelchair, but those are only available in rooms with 1 king size bed. When we asked for extra towels and hangers, they were delivered immediately. When we had one slight issue with the living room television one night, someone came to fix the problem within a few minutes of our call. The lobby and breakfast areas are quite lovely and comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel when visiting Boulder in the future.
