Burgers, sides and condiments are much better compared to BK PH. Sizes and servings are much bigger. Beef patties are much juicier . Service can be improved. There are only 2 staff manning the store. The store is quite old and needs some updating.

This is the burger king in my neighborhood, I feel it is pretty good place to go in gunbarrel, the burger is super big, service is good, no to much people there, very quiet.maybe the only shortcoming is the food quality is not as stable as McDonald's.

One of the worst burger kings here. Took 15 mins for two orders to be completed, got super stale fries that taste like they were made 4 hours ago and didn't even want to think about touching the burger.

Ordered online. Say in the drive thru for 15 minutes. No one ever came. Knocked on the window, still nothing. As I drive around I see an employee mopping the dining room floors. So I guess they just decided to ignore orders for the last 40 minutes of being open.

It's one of the worst places I've been to zero recommended I went to buy food and they gave me a fake bill of exchange
After checking the hours of operation, I ordered (and paid) online, and when I went to pick it up, no one was at the drive through window to help me out and give me my order. After a while, and having to get out of the car and walk around the building to knock on the front door, which the people inside initially ignored, I managed to get someone to talk to. They said that they were closed early and couldn't prepare my food. They also did not help me with a refund, and told me to figure out with corporate; both the person that I talked to and the manager seemed completely uninterested in making things right. I don't understand how this place is even open.

STAY AWAY! This place ruined Burger King for me, and is one of the worst places I've ever had the misfortune of eating at. Incredibly rude staff, wet soggy burgers, cold unsalted fries, and undercooked grey meat! This place should be shut down for health code violations. They have the nerve to charge $15 for some of the worst food to ever come into contact with my taste buds.

It’s a strange economy we have now. I come here all the time always friendly with all the staff. I came in today to spoil myself with a few burgers and a small fry. I had a small coupon for the small fry. The Internet was down and they said they couldn’t help me. I don’t know how much a small fry cost but they’d rather not give me that and turn away that sale so Customer left hungry. I went across the street and bought hamburger meat to make 20 burgers for the same price. I guess they’d rather throw away the old fries at the end of the night and make the sale weird
