Each car takes 5-10 minutes, lunch hour is usually 5-6 cars. Even if you are the only car, it can take upwards of 15 minutes. Went at 1215 once, literally look 40 minutes to get to the window *(5 cars). Do not go if you want good food or quick food

I work in the area and cannot come to this location without a minimum 10 minute wait in the drive-thru and typically longer. I don’t ever leave reviews but somebody needs to know about this. If it’s just understaffing then I feel terrible for the employees. At least the food is usually good.

Placed a mobile order and waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes without moving an inch. Thankfully I was still able to pull out where I was stopped. I paid for an order that I was never able to pick up.

Go here fairly often because they send me coupons in the mail. The regular cheeseburger is cheaper and better than the whopper in my opinion. Food can be a bit inconsistent but the staff are really friendly and will do what they can to help you out if you ask.

I've been here a few times. I ordered a large unsweetened tea yesterday... Got home and I see some kind of goop floating around in it. That's pretty disgusting.

Burgers, sides and condiments are much better compared to BK PH. Sizes and servings are much bigger. Beef patties are much juicier . Service can be improved. There are only 2 staff manning the store. The store is quite old and needs some updating.

This is the burger king in my neighborhood, I feel it is pretty good place to go in gunbarrel, the burger is super big, service is good, no to much people there, very quiet.maybe the only shortcoming is the food quality is not as stable as McDonald's.

One of the worst burger kings here. Took 15 mins for two orders to be completed, got super stale fries that taste like they were made 4 hours ago and didn't even want to think about touching the burger.
