This location messed up my order, when I got home and realized it, I tried to call several times just for the line to disconnect, and they did not give me a receipt when I picked up my food originally, so when I tried to make a complaint about it through the Burger King app there was nothing they could do. Do not recommend this place at all, if you end up having an issue with them good luck getting it resolved. Absolutely will never return.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. didn’t accept coupon. not expired. smelled like smokers, homeless people asking for handouts. dirty environment. cold food. gave pickles when i asked for no pickles. there was mustard on my original chicken sandwich??? how does that happen. dirty dirty place. don’t come here you will not be satisfied! I said no pickle they gave me pickle. I had coupon code. They didn’t honor it. Placed reeked of smoke and buns on burgers were ROCK HARD. TERRIBLE PLACE GO TO MCDONLANDS

Burger King? I tried Burger King again after a long Intentional absence. Where do you even begin? The burgers, stale bread, the burger Patty was cold. I ordered jalapeño poppers, and they were cold at the center, went back through the drive-through To let them know, they did replace it, but with cheddar bites instead of jalapeño poppers. The fries were the only thing that were palatable.

I used go in this place a lot but after today never again. They repeatedly get the order wrong then get mad at the customer when they say something. Trash, pure trash
Manager/ counter /drive through employee was incredibly rude. We walked in he turned and looked a us and turned away. Took care of one customer in the drive-through and then proceeded to walk to the back and stay for a minute. When he came back out, he looked at us and said I’ll be with you in a minute and gave us a very dirty look. Then when he walked up to us he said what do you want? I said good morning. He ignored that. As we were ordering, he would interrupt to say is that all, is that all, anything else? And we had a number of items that we ordered. My husband went back in to get extra napkins. He handed him one. The food was great. The woman behind the counter that was cooking. The food was amazing. That manager needs a lesson or at least a conversation regarding how you treat customers.

The guy in the front that identified himself as Brian was rude. He closed the front of the store and was telling everyone the computer was down when he only wanted to work the drive thru. I asked him to take my order over there and place it I can’t use the drive thru my van was too big. He flat out refused to help me. I allowed to speak with a manager he said he was the manager so I left. Poor service, people work bad attitudes, not working the front I’m surprised they stay in business. Burger King you need an employee change over at the boulder Colorado restaurant.

The lobby was open but they said they closed it at 8:00 and we would have to use the drive through.we were in two vehicles so this wouldn't work so we walked to the McDonald's next door and got served no problem.rxcept that walking was a challenge due to recent knee surgery.
