Best burger spot in Boulder. It’s Gourmet at a reasonable price. The Double C Burger is the way to go! And the tallow goes are great! They have charming staff and my first impression was that the joint is your upscale diner dash spot.

The most flavorful burger and the most perfect fries I’ve had in a long long time. The tallow takes their food to the next level without it tasting greasy! Highly recommend next time you’re craving a proper burger and fries. Also their cocktail and drinks prices are unbeatable 👏🏻✨💙

I absolutely love C-Burger! The service and atmosphere are always so welcoming and upbeat. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly well-trained, they go above and beyond to make sure every guest has a great experience. And the food? Incredible. Every dish is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I could honestly eat here every day!

One of our absolute favorite restaurants in Boulder. No seed oils, and absolutely delicious food, with great service! Anna and team are amazing.
Only critique I can give, is that they need to switch fries to organic potatoes and use pasture raised organic chicken.

definitely a hidden gem. I got the Double C burger and tallow fries and my lady got the mushroom & swiss and onion rings. great customer service, good environment, very clean and also very clean ingredients

Service was great very friendly food was fine but the patties are very small. I got a single and was very hungry afterwards. If there's a next time double for sure but I shouldn't need a double burger to fill up. Fries were good but also small portions.
