Stumbled on this place while traveling through Denver - it has a nice feel to it and the service was good. Had the firecracker shrimp to start and the beef short rib stacked enchiladas - both were awesome! One of the best meals I've had - don't let the location dissuade you. Make sure to stop by while in Denver. Highly recommended!

Delightful cuisine, neighborhood feel, in an industrial park! Gnocchi stroganoff, seafood penne special, gazpacho and tasty french onion soup. Also thin mint ice cream pie!

The last time we had dinner the waitress said she knew what I liked and would place my order. After a mix up with my order due to some of my food allergies, Kevin an Owner, gratiously re-did my dinner and I am back to loving this place.

The food at Cafe Blue is consistently outstanding. There is something else that makes this restaurant exceptional and special. This small restaurant is a 17 year old family business run by a lovely local couple who obviously care very deeply. Husband in the kitchen and wife running the front from behind the bar, it reminds me of the favorite establishment in a small town in Europe. There is nothing corporate about the vibe here, just down home hospitality with hand made excellence from the kitchen. “You wanna go where everybody knows your name” and order the Blue Burger. Best in town!

The worst Fish & Chips I've ever had. Every piece was overcooked so much that it was hard to chew and swallow, like leather! The fish had no flavor and tasted like water. Not even worth eating. This is the 2nd time I've wasted my money on a terrible meal at Cafe Blue and I won't go back.

Small restaurant in a strip mall trending older, local, and regulars for customer-base which is not dissimilar of other places in Gunbarrel. Space is broody and comfortable with friendly staff. Food and drinks were fine, nachos are about $1 a chip on happy hour which doesn’t seem too, too happy. Calamari was bad. Overall seemed like it could use a good revamp.

We ordered a very very fishy- inedibly fishy- saffron risotto, and a gnocchi dish that tasted ok but wasn't particularly attractive, looked sort of like a ladle of it had been upended into a bowl. Taste of the gnocchi was ok. The appetizer was very good.
Overall not worth the price charged. Maybe other things on the menu are different. It seems like people like it.
