Stumbled on this place while traveling through Denver - it has a nice feel to it and the service was good. Had the firecracker shrimp to start and the beef short rib stacked enchiladas - both were awesome! One of the best meals I've had - don't let the location dissuade you. Make sure to stop by while in Denver. Highly recommended!
The last time we had dinner the waitress said she knew what I liked and would place my order.
After a mix up with my order due to some of my food allergies, Kevin an Owner, gratiously re-did my dinner and I am back to loving this place.

The food at Cafe Blue is consistently outstanding. There is something else that makes this restaurant exceptional and special. This small restaurant is a 17 year old family business run by a lovely local couple who obviously care very deeply. Husband in the kitchen and wife running the front from behind the bar, it reminds me of the favorite establishment in a small town in Europe. There is nothing corporate about the vibe here, just down home hospitality with hand made excellence...
