Useless. I've gone twice trying to do basic banking things (once to get a check book and once to deposit a check) and BOTH TIMES they have been unable to help me. The place is full of glorified baristas that are also trained to tell you to use the Capital One Banking App. I don't know who thought this was a good idea, but in trying to be both a coffee shop and a bank, they've managed to be neither.
The ham and cheese croissant was incredible and the drip coffee just made it better. But it was a little harder to enjoy with the capital one staff kind of watching us it felt a little weird although they didn’t ask us anything but it still feels a little weird. The food was great and the cozy atmosphere felt inviting so this is a great place just a little uneasy with the staff. But overall a great place to hang out with friends or family anytime and do work or eat!

It's a cafe that just so happens to be sponsored by Capital One

Really good matcha. I like the drinks and they're pretty reasonably priced, especially if you qualify for the Capital One/Discover discount, which takes off 50%. The staff are nice too, and the banking people are there to help you with anything Capital One without being pushy. Great workspace with power.

The coffee and the barista, Taylor, were great, but the lurking Capital One staff left me uneasy. I felt like we were being watched the whole time. They were overly attentive, probably because there were 3 of them and 2 of us. Weird that they just stood around for the most part.

Great spot to grab a cheaper coffee (with Capital One card) before work. Lots of friendly smiles every time you visit.

The atmosphere and seating is decent, but the barista didnt know what beans they were using to make the coffee, they don’t have for-here cups (only plastic to-go cups that will ruin the taste of any espresso drink) and my cappuccino legit tasted like water. I have been to other Verve locations that are fantastic, so this is a big let-down. Maybe it’s because it’s a Capitol One partnership location. But they are absolutely skimping on quality and it shows. Avoid this place and go anywhere else on Pearl St doing the bare minimum like Ozo, Boxcar, Trident, etc.
Great place to have a capital one cafe

$4.60 for a regular coffee ?!?! and the service is not very friendly ..
The energy from some of the baristas is very unwelcoming. Do not recommend this place
Edward was very knowledgeable and friendly and welcomed me into the cafe and told me of all the great incentives of capital one
The espresso experience is not great. A mini paper to go cup for my espresso. No spoon, no ceramic or glass cup, no tonic water. It came out about as fast as I ordered so time and care was not taken into account.
