I was hoping for something more traditionally Mediterranean rather than what Cava seems to be, more "inspired" by Mediterranean flavors. Their take on a pita sandwich just didn't do it for me. Too many components. Too sloppy. Too saucy. Too many flavors competing.

Very organized restaurant, amazing food, I am on holiday from Greece and the service was amazing especially Mina made me feel very nice people like them deserve to work in such nice places, I recommend it!!!

This place has not had any pita-related items 4 of the past 5 times I’ve tried to order from here (all in the past 2 months). Given this is probably their single most important item this is really a bummer when they don't have those. The food is amazing though (when it’s available)

I went to check out the Cava restaurant in Boulder, because I heard it was under new management! So I went. To my surprise, the environment was friendly, welcoming and positive! From the servers, cashier and the Manager, so friendly!!! I will continue to go to the Boulder Cava! And recommend it to others. Thank you all for your wonderful service and food.
