I went to Cava in Boulder for the first time tonight around 8:00 pm to get a takeout vegetarian bowl. The staff putting the bowl together were very friendly and helpful. Even cashier was especially welcoming. Later at home I discovered the food was really great, especially the falafel balls. I’ll definitely do there again.
