We've been here more than a dozen times and this place is always fantastic! Tonight, Drew and Devin were managing the bar and they're both madmen-bartenders AND incredible at keeping an eye on everyone to make sure the service stays impeccable. Kudos to Centro, their incredible food, fantastic tequila selection, and amazing staff!

Was an awesome dinner with my son and husband. First trip to Boulder and Centro was a recommendation from a friend. Did not disappoint. Sat at the bar and Drew and Devlin took excellent care of us. I am gluten free and dairy free and they ensured my food was perfect for me! Highly recommended!! Food was delicious!
