Great steak with amazing flavor and cooked to perfection. Artisan tasting corn tortillas are wonderfully light & thin but don't fall apart. Grilled fish in fish tacos a bit dry but seasoned nicely. Spot on service.

Great as always. Hard to not order similar favorite gotos. Split carne asada, the pork chop, a beat salad, and queso con chorizo to start - amongst three hungry dads. Plus some tasty mezcal, now served more traditional style to the table by Drew at the bar. Great table service as usual. A boulder fav.

Centro has always been a no brainer. Great food, ambience, etc. @ of us were pretty disappointed with the food. My rice was dry?? Just really sub-par for what I have experienced for years (15+) eating at Centro. I hesitate to go back now. The other two meals were just ok.
