Bartender and all around good human Drew was fun, professional, made my drink just the way I like it (always served “up”), friendly. I don’t typically write reviews but my experience was awesome. Ryan was great! Super great service really cordial. First time coming in and he went through the menu with me. Recommended the el rayo (which was fantastic!) and the tamarind pork (also really good!). Very impressed with the Centro

We've been here more than a dozen times and this place is always fantastic! Tonight, Drew and Devin were managing the bar and they're both madmen-bartenders AND incredible at keeping an eye on everyone to make sure the service stays impeccable.
Kudos to Centro, their incredible food, fantastic tequila selection, and amazing staff!
