Having eaten at the dining hall before, I knew it would be the perfect place for my sister and me to end a glorious week in Colorado. I was right. The weather was divine, the setting was lovely and the bloody Mary and lunch were delicious. Thanks for a great experience.

I had a great visit at this historic dining hall. Great history and background. It was not crowded but service was a little slow and the salmon I had was fairly bland. Overall, recommended!!

Consistently good food and price is really not that bad when you consider the atmospherics. Delightful place for summer dining.

Food was really good, service was excellent. It started raining pretty hard right after we finished our meal and Josh, our server, went to the kitchen and found some food product boxes that we could use as makeshift umbrellas. So much appreciate that.

After a spontaneous decision to walk the flatirons loop from a suggestion of a friend. I found myself hungry and this place did not disappoint. Aspen my bartender was attentive the beer was cold.

Had the bison burger first time eating bison was delicious.

Would be five stars however, the restrooms are past their prime and require a complete remodel. We come here a lot and feel it in the best interest of everyone to suggest to ownership it’s time to invest in this property !

Brunch visit -

Pork Green Chili Tater Tots - excellent! A+

Kale salad - delicious dressing

Chautauqua Burger - very well cooked, hand cut fries are worth the entire visit

Berries and Cream French Toast - A+, very recommended

Kids Grilled Cheese - D minus - very greasy, unmelted cheese just tossed together

Highly recommend the green chili tater tot appetizer and the Brussels sprouts! The French onion soup and cranberry mocktail is also delicious

Excellent Reuben — not greasy saturated in butter but lightly toasted with ample somewhat crispy pastrami (1,000 dressing on side). Nicely paired with organic Rocky Mountain Cola. The salmon Benedict was delish, too. Very friendly and efficient server in Alyssa, who even gave Susan a footwear recommendation.
