Thank gosh for an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Boulder! So delicious! I always get the noodle bowl with chopped spring rolls on top. It’s a generous portion too!

This place is so nostalgic for me. My family and I have been going here since I was 4. That being said. Get the grape leaves. They are AMAZING. You won't regret it. Absolutely the best thing on the menu among many others!

Visiting from out of town. The woman taking our order was very rude. The food was average at best. The beef short ribs were bone and gristle and very tough. The calamari was just a pre frozen type and extremely tough with a very strong smell. Tomatoes were green and not ripe or cooked. The mai tai was good. Overall I would not recommend. Parking is a nightmare.
The best Vietnamese restaurant in Boulder.

I had to go back and edit my review. I used to love this place soooo much! Now a days the portions are smaller and the food doesn’t taste nearly as good. They used to have the best combination fried rice but something is very different. I’ve order a few times and it’s horrible now. Very disappointing for what used to be a favorite spot of mine.
I'm proud to say that I've been eating at Chez Thuy for as long as I could chew. Their food is absolutely delicious. Some of my favorite dishes include the Shrimp Sampler, steak pho, and pretty much all of their appetizers, especially the freshest spring rolls ever. If you're in Boulder, it's a must-try!

Take out is the best. But sit-down is always better!

I love this place! It's rare these days to find all you can eat buffets, but these guys do it on weekdays. My sister is a regular here, so she let me in on this secret gem. The food options were many, and the food was great!

The waitress could be friendlier and more clear with communication. There might be a language barrier.
But the food is outstanding!
I must say that for me this is the best pho in the Boulder area, including Broomfield. I've tried at least ten places but this is the only one that has the three essentials: good-tasting meat, noodles with the right texture, and fragrant, delicious broth. The medium bowl is $18.95 which seems kind of on the pricey side to me, but the service is really fast and the vegetables to put in the pho were fresh.
Super friendly staff, really good egg rolls with peanut sauce.
Chez Thuy has been making authentic, clean, delicious Vietnamese foods for decades here. Last night I picked up their famous shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and brought them to a party. They disappeared! Everyone loved. Grateful to the chef, cooks and waitstaff who have been serving such beautiful food here in Boulder all these years. Chez Thuy is a gem.
Excellent Vietnamese bowl, so yummy!!
