I always have a decent experience at this location, portions are relatively consistent and good. However I worked with Nick and he made sure the portions were up to par (not too much or too little) and was very sure I was getting a good experience!

No stars. This chipotle SUCKS. I should not have to continue to ask you to add more rice & meat to make a full portion in a bowl. I get chipotle skimps on most of your portions usually but it’s usually just the meat…but they should at least set make up a normal amount in your order. They barely sprinkle everything on there and you have to ask for a “little bit more” of everything including cheese??! But will dump an unnecessary amount of beans…? Your employees should at least be able to portion rice correctly!!? So disappointing!!!!

Today there’s a stressed out guy on the line literally yelling out “5 MINUTES!!!”, overly rushing people saying it’s cause they need to hit some sales goal, all while being extremely rude to customers and messing up our orders, is this what it’s come to? I’ve only eaten here literally 1000 times. Be better Chipotle.

Beware: I got severe food poisoning from this location yesterday. How do I know it was here? Hadn’t had much else to eat that day and symptoms started within an hour of eating my burrito. And I’m pretty sure it’s not norovirus as I feel mostly better this morning after spending the night with my toilet. Bad batch of lettuce or sour cream I don’t know but this was the worst I have felt in my entire life — was literally up all last night spewing lettuce out my nose begging for god to end it all.

I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant previously, but some severe food mishandling and/or contamination must be happening right now…I would recommend avoiding for a bit until they sort that out…

Constantly messing up app “pick up orders” —I’m overwhelmed at the amount of missing items at this point, they own me a handful of free meals and drinks! BUT there’s no way to get customers service!! Calling the restaurant takes you to an AI bot, the app “support” is the same sheety AI sheet. SO DISGRUNTLED, sucks it’s one of the only chipotles in Boulder… maybe it’s time to switch to Pete’s or Qdoba.
