Plain Jane place ,nothing exciting for a bagel
I’ve never gotten such bad bagels before! They are legit charcoal! Unacceptable!
I stopped into this location for a walk in order around 8:30 on a Monday. There was no line and service was quick.
The guy with glassses who helped me was super sweet. I couldn’t figure out how to use the app and he took the time to explain how to use my rewards.
The bagels were soft and fresh. Would come back here again!

I frequent this location of Einstein bagels. I love the free coffee reward! The manager (I think his name is Tommy) is always very friendly and even addresses me by name now, which I truly appreciate. There are also a couple of other employees who are very warm and welcoming. I like the consistency of the product so I always know that when I order online, I will get what I'm expecting and enjoy!

they barely put anything on the bagel i asked for. this is unacceptable. won’t be spending my money here any more, i’d rather support Moe’s Broadway Bagels because they give you what you pay for. like i pay extra for avocado on this so why is there less than a teaspoon?
Update: it has been 2 weeks since anyone even reached out. Someone emailed and asked a “Paul” to reply to me regarding this issue, and no one ever emailed back about it. once again horrible services and i wish i could rate 0/5 and not just 1/5

I believe his name was Spencer… absolute legend. He went above and beyond when I just stopped in for a quick coffee. That is the kind of person you want on your side; so nice, customer first mentality and really just on top of it. You might think how, it was literally for a cup of coffee..but it’s interactions like that which parlay into everyone’s day.

Wow just had the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Bagel with brisket, cheese, jalapeño, and 2 eggs. Was very perfectly put together so it didn’t fall apart while eating. Sliced right down the middle. Great Job!

Man with an orange beard told us he wouldn’t make anything but a beagle with cream cheese because it was close to closing time. As a general manager myself for Smashburger I will cook food for my patrons until I’m completely closed. Horrible customer service acted way too entitled. Will be coming back to talk with the general manager.

With working in a Customer Service industry whom has a high volume of customers and a constantly changing amount of staff, the service I encountered today was just plainly poor and terrible.
The man behind the counter with glasses and a mustache treated us with a very poor attitude, a snobby tone, and just poor customer service skills. In addition when it came to getting our order he just threw our order down, I get being short staffed and having customers constantly in and out of the door but come on seriously, leave the feelings and attitude at the back and not infront for everyone you help to see.
Furthermore, the quality of the food was poor. We got 3 bagels that were supposed to come out hot ended up not even reaching the level of lukewarm. The quality of the ingredients on them were either old ingredients or just low quality. Plus we received an order that was completely wrong then what was ordered and felt that we would receive backlash if we tried to get the correct order. For the price we paid we deserve to get the correct order.
Overall this was a very poor, unprofessional, and unsatisfactory experience. More then likely will never come back to this shop because of the employee and overall experience.
