Picked up from here as a door dasher, asked the guy behind the counter for cream for my customers tea and they had absolutely nothing. So I asked if he could hand me a ramekin to put some half and half in, he looks at me all confused and proceeds to hand over a sleeve for a bagel??? They also forgot half of my customer's entire order. Awful.

Einstein came through for our catering event. Many thanks to Bee for going above and beyond in helping our group. Her communication is clear and professional, and on the day of the event, everything was ready for pick up. All the staff at this location were so friendly and helpful - Bee helped take a part of my order to load up in my car. Best of all, the coffee and hot chocolate were much appreciated by all, along with the delicious bagels. I’ll consider them again for future events!

Have not been to this location in years! Today was a great experience, the professionalism of the checker/ meal prep person Tyler was professional. This visit took me back to the times we used to come here 20 years ago, when it was our go to. That was when customer service was top notch! Thank you for bringing it back to this location!!
ALSO: I miss the coffee cake that was AMAZING! And I also am wondering why the bagel sizes are so much smaller than they used to be.

Always came here before work in the mornings. Tommy and Ripple are great guys but I think I met their district manager today. Rude guy. He’s nice to customers but he was barking a lot of orders to his staff. Poor kids seemed overworked and tired of him. Honestly I would be too if he was my boss and I barely met the guy.

Came in at 8:30am on a Monday. Service was great and bagels came out fast. We got a asiago bagel with cream cheese and a maple house bagel sandwich. Both were great. Our only issue was that the coffee was just warm and not hot. Had to ask them to put it into the microwave. Will Def come back. About to get another bagel with cream cheese.

Honestly this was the best experience I have ever had in an Einstein Bros. Just after coming in a few time the management team knows my name!
From the moment you enter this location you're greeted with the smell of warm Bagels and a warm smile.
I was one of three customers in the store when I placed my order. 20 minutes later they still hadn’t prepared my order and I had to leave without the sandwich I paid for. Service slower than molasses and not very friendly.

Nice sweet spot - all nighters are made well and if you get in when it’s slow they’re super fast about making the food. I found that their rush’s are usually between 7-9 and 11-12. 👍

Stopped in 3 separate times during a business trip. The service never got better. The manager, presumably, was busy with morning catering and the one remaining worker was clueless. Barely any cream cheese on the bagel and took over 10min to make each time. Do not recommend this location.
