I paid almost $10 for an ice cream and they only filled the bowl a little over half way.I watched several other people in front of me get ice cream that was scooped well over the top of the bowl, and all their pictures on their menu show that, but they barely filled the bowl halfway on mine. I got a large ice cream and the actual amount in there would have been just enough to fill a small bowl. Extremely frustrating, and considering the ice cream literally cost just shy of $10 after tax I felt very ripped off. I definitely won't be coming back.Also, when I got to the store there were only about 5 people in line but I still waited well over 15 minutes, during which I saw all 4 employees stand around talking while the line grew longer and longer; by the time I got to the front the line was out the door.

This review isn't about the taste of the ice cream or the prices...unless you live on Pluto (which is still a planet where I come from), you have experienced Stone Cold's. This review is based on Marci mailing it in when I bought my cookie batter with a diy mix in. I asked for peppermint patty mix in, was told someone's heel knocked the jar off the counter earlier in the day due to horse play. I ended up getting Twix for my mix in. Marci must of been playing on her MySpace or something because the Twix had one half ass chop in it like someone karate chopped it and then lost interest. When I get to my home, which is where I consume all dairy products, I unveil a full blown Twix with a slight scratch in the outer chocolate. It's supposed to be a mix in, not a set in. Mix it. Chop it. I'm sick of tired of the incompetence. Only thriftys iced cream from now on. Hope it was worth it Marci!
