“Hoping this was a one-off because River & Woods is one of my favorite restaurants. Yesterday we had very poor service - the waitress who brought our food was totally disengaged and almost seemed annoyed. Then they forgot our pancake, which takes 20 minutes to make. We had an entire conversation about it prior to ordering. All the waiter did was apologize - he didn't offer to have another ordered and/or offer something else in it's place. My friend, who was a 1st timer at R&W was NOT impressed! Bummer.“
