Exceptional food and service. Too noisy— turn the music down— and we were at a table adjacent to the service area so that was distracting. But the food was excellent and we loved the Spanish wine that the sommelier recommended. We will definitely be back.
We had an incredible experience celebrating our anniversary! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect, and Igor was an outstanding server — he made our evening truly special. Thank you for making this celebration unforgettable!

One of my absolute favorite spots to eat in Boulder! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, yet sophisticated, with a spacious rooftop that features a firepit—perfect for enjoying before, during, or after your meal. You also have the option to sit outside, which is lovely on a nice day.
The Japanese Wagyu is nothing short of phenomenal—seriously the best meat I’ve ever tasted. It comes on a hot stone so you cook it yourself (takes less than a minute), making it such a fun and interactive experience. Every bite is rich, tender, and unforgettable. While all their other dishes are consistently excellent, I would come back just for the Wagyu experience alone.
Their cocktails are top-notch, and the service is exceptional—you feel truly cared for, almost like royalty. It’s perfect for dates, group events, or any special occasion, though it is on the pricier side. Hands down one of my favorite rooftops in Boulder, alongside Rosetta Hall. Corrida is a must-visit if you’re looking for incredible food and a memorable experience!

This is by far our favorite restaurant in Boulder, and that says a lot since we love great food and wine, and there are so many good restaurants here. They do a pretty near perfect job in every area and the ambience in setting is absolutely spectacular. The whole team are like family to us, and Joshua (GM) is just an incredible host and now a very cherished friend :-) If you want the best that Boulder has to offer this is the place for a wonderful dinner out with your significant other or friends and family :-)
We went to Corrida to celebrate a birthday (we have been several times before - kind of our go-to restaurant for special occasions). The service was excellent and the food was delicious. My husband ordered Alaskan Halibut, which he really enjoyed, noting the sauce was wonderful. The only slight disappointment was it was a pretty minimal piece of fish (only about 3 oz) - one more ounce would have made it match the price point better, but we also realize Alaskan halibut is not available in abundance. I had the tenderloin and it was beautifully seasoned and very good, with the serving portion more in line with expectations. Dessert (chocolate torte) was to die for, and the wine was very good. Very nice dining experience and atmosphere, overlooking the flatirons.
The Waygu was not great compared to Waygu that is truly waygu. They need get Waygu from Antelope Creek Waygu and not a 3% Waygu farm.

Wonderful meal. Lots of buffet flavors. Fabulous reasonably priced wine chosen by sommelier. Great service. Need I say more?
Delicious food, great, friendly bartenders (we had a drink at the bar before going to our table). Super pretentious server at the table, whose execution was no where near the pretentious behavior. My partner's drink order was forgotten and he (server) needed a reminder (and offered no apology or ownership, rather, a dismissive platitude). When we finished our meal, we sat with the service plates on the table for 20 min with nobody checking on us, while 4-top next to us had solicitous service from multiple servers. We kept trying to catch an eye to indicate we were ready to move on to dessert - the pretentious waiter several times looked around the room at all tables but ours. The snootiness combined with being ignored sadly left a sour taste after a delicious meal.
We could not be more appreciative of your team's service last night for our spedcial 50th birthday dinner with our dear friends. Every aspect was exceptional. Thanks again!
After asking our waiter and bus person for Water, I finally had to go up to the hostesses to ask for water.
Service is very underpar

Excellent service and the food was delicious, as always. Looking forward to my next visit!
Always a great experience! Service is excellent, food is phenomenal, happy hour is reasonable. Rooftop ambience and views are spectacular!
What a gem! Killer views, excellent food and wine. So glad we stumbled upon Corrida when looking for a nice spot to try. It doesn't have much of a presence from the sidewalk but seek it out! You won't be disappointed.

The food and service were excellent. The 5% community fee added to the bill is unacceptable. The prices are high even for Boulder. If the restaurant really wants to provide these services to their staff then include it in your price or make it a flat fee not a percentage of the bill.
The staff's pride in their food is well deserved. Splurge on the best dry aged steaks and start with the Iberico ham
