We spend a lot of time in Spain, so when we heard about Corrida we absolutely wanted to give it a try and we were NOT disappointed! From the charcuterie to the carne, the wine & everything in between it was an absolute delight! The drinks, the setting (patio with that spectacular view!) and the service were phenomenal. We will definitely be back!
We had a nice dinner. We are not huge beef lovers and that dominates the menu. Wine is only Spanish and pricey. I missed some of the more traditional Spanish food but our meals were creative and tasty
Corrida is a special restaurant in Boulder. It's unique and has no match. I usually bring guests, some from out of town and they're all very impressed. It sets a certain standard for fine dining. Nate is the server that usually serves us and he's the best. He's more than a server.. more like a friend that is looking out for me and my guests and makes sure we have the best experience. He recommended a wine tonight that was just amazing. All an all fabulous night at Corrida, and thank you Nate!!
This place really does have the best view in Boulder. Issac was so knowledgeable and helpful. I will be coming back for sure.

Awesome and delicious, our good (foodie) friends introduced us to Corrida; having had their wedding here a year ago. The food was indeed awesome, from the olive and pepper appetizer, to the extraordinary beef, to the cheesecake, which was ridiculously good.
This is the place you go to get excellence in food, service, and atmosphere. The restaurant is upstairs, with a great view of the mountains, and the staff was well trained. The only nit was that we were some of the earliest guests for the evening, and the wait staff was a bit pushy, and didn't give us adequate time to get settled. (Why a 4 versus a 5 rating for service).
A place I will return to.

We celebrated a birthday recently with 4 guests. We ordered an array of tapas, grilled octopus, and a sliced steak for the table. Everything was memorable and perfectly prepared.
Nate and his team of servers were professional
to the highest degree. Nate was informative and always on point. We enjoyed every moment. If ever in Boulder Corrida should not be missed.

We went during the Tapa time between 4-5. We ordered all the items on their tapa menu. There was 8 adults and 4 kids. The tapa and drinks were delicious. We were so impress we decided to stay for dinner. We had waygu steak, dry age steak, and fish with lobster they were all just okay. Waygu wasn't that marble and rich flavor we are use to. The fish was pretty dry.
But we will be back just for the tapa, drinks and the view. Also our servers were so wonderful and nice !

Our Friends took us here and were blown away. The appetizers were amazing. The drinks were top notch. Probably the best gin and tonic I have ever had by far. We had several other drinks that were amazing as well. I only gave 4 stars because the main course was good but just not what we expected after the amazing appetizers. We go the wagu new york strip and just thought it was ok for the money. The fish and lobster were ok and the dry aged steak was just ok. Would highly recommend this place for apps and drinks.

Best setting in town and best burger (they only have it at brunch and happy hour). Get the steak au poivre sauce on the side.

I visited Corrida with my girlfriend for her 31st birthday a few nights ago. She had been several times before and spoke highly of it, but this was my first visit.
Starting with the positives, the host was excellent—warmly acknowledging her birthday both when we arrived and again on our way out. We had originally booked an Alpenglobe, but after realizing how cold it was, he quickly accommodated our request to move inside, which we really appreciated. The food was also fantastic, making that part of the experience enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. Our server was inattentive throughout the night, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. After taking our food order, she disappeared for 20–30 minutes while our drinks sat empty and our cleared plates went unnoticed. She spent more time chatting with the bartender and going in and out of the patio area than checking on our table. We eventually had to flag down other staff members just to get a drink menu and place another order.
Even something as simple as a dessert menu required multiple requests, and it was only after the bartender overheard us complaining that he reminded our server to bring it. By the end of the night, with the restaurant practically empty, it still took over 15 minutes just to have our check taken. We noticed the few other tables she was serving were also waiting an unusually long time. Frankly, I’ve received better service at most chain restaurants than what we experienced at Corrida.
Beyond the poor quality of the service, for a birthday dinner, the night felt pretty underwhelming. Aside from the host, no one acknowledged the occasion or made any effort to make it feel special. After such a disappointing experience, I called the next day and left a message to speak with a manager, but I never received a call back. I suppose they’d rather I leave a negative review than address my concerns directly.
While the food was excellent, the lack of attentive service—especially considering the price of the meal—made it difficult to fully enjoy the evening. My girlfriend, who previously loved this restaurant, left with a sour taste in her mouth and said she likely won’t be returning for any special occasions in the future.
