Wasn’t very hungry so I came to crisp greens to grab a smoothie at 6:45pm. The place was completely empty which should’ve been I sign. Ordered a strawberry sunrise and received an $8.75 cup of blended ice with an aftertaste of pea protein. Not even a hint of fruit? No complaints on service (after all we were the only customer) and maybe the other food is good here but I will not be returning.

The salad I got was just all lettuce and no chicken which I asked for and like 20 olives . I also asked for avocado which I barely saw in the salad.
I’ve been here several times for salads and love them. However decided to try an acai bowl today— overpriced for the size delivered, my order was ready behind the counter but no one out front acknowledged several of us standing waiting for orders, and I paid extra for toppings that were not included in the order. Getting ahold of customer service to speak about this is nearly impossible. Very frustrating- go elsewhere for bowls or if you’re expecting customer service of any kind.

I had a bad experience here. I work in Boulder and live in Denver and I did an online order pick up. I ran into grab my salad and it had the correct receipt on the salad with my order. Once I got all the way back to Denver I realize that the salad had chicken on it and was missing all of the premium toppings that I had paid for. (I’m vegan)Very disappointing. When I tried to call and see if I could somehow get it remade, they wouldn’t pick up the phone even though I called like three times.

Slow! Mediocre! The staff couldn't care less. The move slow to take your order, slow to build it, and are totally unconcerned with quality or your experience. Avoid.
