I was recently in this location of Crumbl to pick up cookies for my girlfriend’s birthday. The cookies were great as usual as I am a returning customer, however on my arrival I was met with awful and extremely uncomfortable customer service by one of your workers named Carlos. As we waited for our cookies he creepily stared at my daughter and she even asked to wait in the car because he made her so uncomfortable it was so bad even I a grown man felt uncomfortable from my short interaction with this guy. I will not be returning to this location it was that bad. I think it says a lot about the owners/managers of this store who hire such creepy and unfriendly employees.
