Super bummed. New owners and the food is just not the same. Bland curry with less ingredients. Flat crunchy naan. This has been our go to for years. End of an era..

I saw them washing a frier basket outside. No regard for the environment.
This restaurant accepted my uber eats order and then closed before giving the order to the driver (driver was there right at the closing time). Why would you accept the order at all? Joke of a business.
Self-service for water. Self-service for take-away. But tip and pay at the beginning. I miss the time when servers actually served you. Food was pretty good, but I'm not coming back.

The worst Indian food I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money here. Unlike other restaurants, the staff won’t address any issues with the food—they’ll just say, ‘it is what it is,’ with no offer to help or refund. It feels like you’re paying to test your stomach!

Used to love this place but has gone downhill.
Dinner special now only 1 dish instead of the previous two; not very “special.”
Edit to respond to response: while it may be that the option for one or two dishes is the reality, the sign has been changed to read “Pick one dish”, and when I asked if you used to offer two, the woman responded with “you pick only one”. Sad that you would try to insinuate I’m being dishonest. Another reason to skip!
Shrimp was undercooked. Naan was stale. Daal portion was barely half of the container. Spice level not as ordered. Disappointing on all levels.
Somehow staff decided to start cleaning floors on the north end with ammonia based cleaner. I moved tables far away but could not escape the pungent odor. Ruined my already subpar meal.

Worst quality food and service.
The staff here is highly incompetent and lacks the basic courtesy required to work in the hospitality industry—they treat customers with complete disregard.
It’s ironic to call this an “Indian restaurant” when, in India, guests are treated like gods, and hospitality is a core value. Sadly, this place fails to uphold even the most basic standards.
The food quality is appalling and seems like a test of your immune system. I consider myself to have a strong stomach, but even I ended up throwing up after having lunch here.
Beware! Don’t be misled by the overly positive (and likely fake) reviews on Google. This place is not worth your time or money.
***Adding here a Response to Owner: Fair point being in the market for 13 years, however seems like the standard is not maintained in that case.
Staff: Extremely unprofessional. They won’t explain their menu or what’s included in the thali. A simple smile doesn’t take much effort—what’s wrong with being courteous?
Atmosphere: Dirty tables and questionable silverware—no further comments needed.
Food: Undercooked and of really poor quality. I barely had 2-3 bites before feeling uncomfortable and ended up throwing up within 10 minutes. I deeply regret going to this place.
I politely shared my feedback with the staff and asked for a refund, but they outright refused without a second thought. Instead, they confidently said, “This is what we sell here. If you don’t like it, it’s not our fault.” Who treats customers like that? It’s beyond disappointing. I mentioned right there please don’t mind me adding my honest feedback online and left.

You are coming here for quick easy curry dishes that are easy on your stomach as much as they are on your wallet.
NOT for friendly service or "better than a diner seatin". No you are not.
This is a fine place, good food.
Nothing more.

Walked in at 1:58 for lunch and were told we couldn’t dine inside despite them closing at 2:30.
We were offered to eat outside. On a 32 degree windy day. Food has slipped in quality and the prices have gone up. Bye!

This is the best Indian food in Boulder!!! So freaking good! My favorites are the chicken tikka masala, saag and dal. I also highly recommend the mango chutney and the iced chai!
Dietary restrictions: They’ll use coconut milk in place of cream if you’re dairy intolerant or vegan!
