First timer … excellent sandwich, I mean really excellent Caprese and such a friendly server . I was having one of those rotten days and the server picked me and turned me around!
Very good sandwiches made fresh and quick. Really good bread, crunchy outside soft inside. Very thick sandwich.

GOAT sandwiches. Try their Hokatika location
The sandwiches are consistently on point. Absolutely one of the best deli sandwich joints in Boulder area. This is coming from a native New Yorker. Well done Curtis Park Deli.

Very nice staff, and all food is made in house. Ordered the Chef's Choice and it was a well made, delicious sandwich. Won't spoil what they put on it in case they use a formula. Other family members ordered the Argentine (seasonal special), Fish, and Curtis sandwiches. The smoked trout on the fish sandwich was amazing, and probably my favorite ingredient of any of the four that I tasted. The menu is short but sweet (12 sandwiches, if you include the seasonal) with the option to make any sandwich spicy. The sandwiches each came with pickles which were also great.
Definitely plan to come back when I can.

All of the ingredients on their own were really tasty and fresh, and each sandwich was put together very well, and the ingredients worked together perfectly. We got the Argentine, Curtis, Fish, and Chef's special and each were amazing. The pickles were also great, and had nice flavor and texture. Would 100% come back and highly recommend.

I try not to judge a restaurant based on one dish, but it's impossible not to judge a deli based on a pastrami sandwich. This legit might be the most mistreated pastrami sandwich i've ever eaten. Firstly, the bread is so crusty it's like chewing through drywall, then the pastrami is slathered with an overspiced aoli, topped with way too much flavorless cheese (i could not identify this cheese if you paid me, it is literally nothing flavored), and the sandwich is then loaded with mouthfuls of arugula and no other veggies. And to top it off, it was cold! Never in my life have i ordered a pastrami sandwich from a deli and had it come out cold, I'm completely gobsmacked, consider my flabbers entirely ghasted. For $15 for a sandwich it should have been a flawless recreation of a NYC pastrami from a real actual deli.
How does a place that calls themselves a deli mess up a pastrami this bad? Pastrami, swiss cheese (provolone if you're feeling froggy), mustard, pickles, and maybe onion (again if you're feeling froggy) tossed into an oven for a few minutes to get the cheese melted and the meat hot, juicy, and flavorful. That's it. I'll even come show y'all how to make it for free if you need it.

Every time I've had a sandwich here it's been next level. My favorite is the French (the house made mustard is wonderful!), the pickles are refreshing, every meal has been a banger
Outstanding sandwiches - would highly recommend!
