We really liked the concept here and tried four of the four inch sandwiches plus garlic noodles and two kids bowls. The beef and ginger and the original were our favorites. Hubby found a small bone in his chicken so that was a bit of a letdown.

Very good!! Food was delivered fast and was really delicious. In addition it's good for you and is a very good option for a cheap healthy quick meal. Will definitely be returning

I went in for a quick meal, I was pleasantly impressed with the food and service. As a chef from a three Michelin star restaurant, I wasn't expecting much... I had the garlic noodles, delicious. The beefy ginger, fantastic. Tofu Bhan mi, so good. Ask for Tony, he's the guy in charge who will guide you in the right direction if you're overwhelmed. He will also give you tips on what tea and lemonades to drink, which I always appreciate.I would recommend to anyone and everyone in the area.

Amazing selection of banh mi and bowls! Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. Have to come back to try more of the options!

Was in from out of town on business. Wasn't familiar with this particular cuisine...It was convenient, so I gave it a shot! Was very happy that I did! It was excellent! Had the large "Beefy Ginger" and had every last bite! Amazing! Staff was very friendly, and place was very clean. Wish we had one of these back in DFW. Highly Recommend!

Decided to give this Bahn Mi place a go and was not disappointed. The flavors were amazing and the quality of ingredients and fresh bread made this an easy 5* meal. Can’t wait to run it back soon to try one of the delicious looking bowls!

Very tasty we had veggie dynamite, kids bowl and aporkalypse! I love the tractor beverage sodas on fountain. Very fun, hip, upbeat atmosphere.

Amazing that they offer a gluten free baguette. Overall the flavors were fresh and potent. Looking forward to another visit here in the near future.

First time trying and the flavor was super good. Noodles a little dry as I thought there was a sauce that went on top. Also decided to try it with the Salt n Pepper Tofu…yea not my thing! I would like to try again with a different protein and add some sauce to it.

I’ve eaten here before and overall been pretty satisfied and thought the food was good. However, last time I ate here my sandwich was absolutely drenched in mayo. Like literally dripping out all over the place, it made the sandwich pretty gross.Edit: To your reply, I didn't think I would need to modify my order since the last time I came in (and ordered the same thing) it was fine. This particular time, they put an absurd amount of mayo on. It's hard to know that I need to customize the order when you are not consistent about it.

Absolutely the best sandwiches in Boulder, hands down. Best banh mi in Colorado. Hipster fine dining restaurants would lose out to Daikon, if they had a banh mi. Tender meat, crispy bread, FRESH veggies and flavors, absolute perfection. Probably the best fast casual in Boulder county. Stop ✋️ reading this review and buy a sandwich already!

My family of 7 and I, go out of our way to eat here! 30 minute drive! The sandwiches are all good and can be slightly customizable. Staff is always knowledgeable and kind!

After my dentist appointment was cancelled due to insurance issues (cmon, Anthem), I decided I might as well treat myself to a good lunch. I’ve seen this place many times and decided to check it out.It was pretty expensive, but coming here will guarantee you get some quality yums. The bread really stood out and it made me realize I’ve not had good bread in quite some time! This tastes fresh baked and is the perfect crunch to fluff ratio for me.I enjoyed the atmosphere as a chill place to go for a quick lunch during the week. Cool speaker wall piece, and it’s funny to see adults sitting on the little benches at the little tables. Will be back!

First food review I’ve ever written, and here’s how I would describe Daikon:Daikon hits all of your senses from the industrial chic style refreshed by lush plants inside, to its trendy artwork- you genuinely feel cooler when you’re inside like you’ve found an underground spot that is hidden treasure. The food is fresh and bursting with authentic Banh Mi flavors while incorporating bold new risks.Paired with the speciality sodas (Lemon grass is a home run!!), I will definitely be coming back again and again!Well done,Caleb Randolph

Online said they had GF bread, but they were out when we went in. Offered me a bowl option instead, which I got and immediately regretted. The rice was drowning in tamari, half the bowl was pickles, and the whole thing was a salty mess. My wife got a sandwich on regular bread and didn’t like it either-so many pickles the bread turned to soggy mush. Not the best banh mi experience. Probably won’t be returning.
