Very unprofessional people are working in this place . I placed order through uber eats half/half pizza , they delivered cheese cold ( from the time I got notification that driver is on the way until I got pizza was 40-45 minutes, where driving usually takes 15 minutes), called , told manager that I got wrong order , asked for refund , he said sure , it’s been 14 days and still didn’t receive any refund , called last week 4 times - no help from the manager .

Delivery driver with earrings is the sweetest!!! Super cute too! Gave me my pizza with all of the slices still there. Best dominoes location in the nation, maybe the world! Delivery driver also got my pizza there in minutes even though I live 12 miles away!

Good pizza! It's hard to argue to with deals and speedy service. They put garlic on the crusts and they make sure your order is always correct. Been ordering here for the better part of a year, they consistently make the pizza well! However, the staff can sometimes be a bit halfhearted and kinda sad, and I see a LOT of turnover here. Still, 4 stars because the pizza is consistently good

Just got off the phone with the stores general manager JOHN, who not only was rude when I came into the store, he was beyond rude on the telephone. It’s one thing to provide crap service in person and it’s another thing to be having a bad day, it’s another thing entirely to be nasty to a regular customer over the phone by raising your voice. He then hung up on me when I asked him to repeat his name.. don’t be nasty to customers for any reason, all I wanted was to pick up my pizza- not get abused by some stranger. If you have an option- don’t pick this location . EVER.

This is one of the better Dominos in the area. The store is always clean, the staff has always been happy, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to get my business. I was headed back from shopping and attempted to place an order at the Erie Dominos as it was on my way home at approximately 15 minutes to closing time. They called and canceled the order. So despite the late hour I went to my regular location on the app, places the same order at about 7 minutes to closing time, and picked up my order @ 10 minutes past closing time at the Gunbarrel Dominos. Those guys never even hinted at being annoyed or upset at my last minute purchase. The pizza was excellent. Thanks again for the excellent service and selfless efforts.
