This was the fastest Domino's I have ever ordered from. Such a nice guy that delivered it, and it arrived in under 10 minutes and we were pretty far. Everything was delicious and made so well. Will definitely order from again, and everyone who works here should get

Honestly, some of the worst pizza I’ve ever seen. You can see where they didn’t proof the dough. Always had positive experiences with the employees, but they need guidance. This franchisee doesn’t give AF about paying/training their employees.

I was so excited when this place first opened up, and at first it was great. For the last year plus it has been awful. Wrong toppings, delivery pizzas that are both burnt and cold (worst of both worlds), and they accept late night orders and then 20 minutes later they cancel. This is by far the worst Domino's I've ever lived near. I go to Big Daddy's now - better pizza, good service.

Really inconsistent. Will there be no sauce, or buckets? Will it be undercooked, or cooked to hell? Will it be cooked to hell, and somehow still cold? Rotating staff changes fully about once a month, so I assume management isn't doing enough to retain decent talent and is constantly having to deal with brand new people. It's still a dominos, but if you order from here expect a huge range of what this place considers "acceptable". And they do the "it'll ask you a question" thing, turn the kiosk around, and stare at you to prompt for a tip on carryout orders. Pay your bloody employees enough for them to have a little pride in their work.

It's my understanding that as of October 2023 this location has new management and they're really trying to give A+ service. We asked about getting some pizzas for a party at Heatherwood Elementary just up the road, and they were SO responsive and worked with us. Even emergency-delivered more when we ran out! If you've tried them a while ago and been unimpressed, it might be time to give them another chance. Heatherwood <3's this Dominos!! BFF :D

This place is under new management and it shows. The pizza was a great deal and the service was excellent. This location has new life and I am super grateful for them and what they are doing for the Gunbarrel community. Please check them out and let them know how much we appreciate them.

This has been the worst service for Dominos I've ever had. I ordered only 2 items on the menu for delivery to an address maybe 2 miles up the road and it took them an hour and a half just to put the items in the oven. When I tried to call to find out where the food I ordered was the store couldn't be bothered to answer their phone or their reps for phone orders transferred me to a hold status again or hung up on me. Don't waste your money ordering from this store. Their customer service was absolute trash.

My pizza came two hours after I ordered it; it was cold and was not prepared the way I ordered it. HOWEVER, my sweet delivery boy Noah redeemed my experience a little bit. He was very apologetic and he was a pleasure to interact with. I just think this location is not well managed.

I believed her lie, until I read the other reviews.THEY IN FACT CANCEL ORDERS 30 minutes after you make your order and they LIE TO YOU.The manager on a recorded call told me they had a power outage for (3) minutes and that is what canceled my ALREADY CONFIRMED ORDER.Honestly as a person who’s worked retail and managed multiple store fronts, I would NEVER allow my team to lie to the community like they clearly have…and looking at these RECENT reviews it’s hard to believe anything they say as truth.If you hate your job, quit.I’m here with family, on a trip, and they already were hesitant about ordering from Dominos, and now being lied to so bold faced is definitely a sour note to our trip.Dominos I suggest you act on the reviews that have been consistently bad.(Original comment below)Apparently confirmed orders get canceled due to power issues although you already got confirmations and a delivery time

super disappointed with this location. twice now i have placed an order and it’s been canceled 30 minutes later. i understand things happen but if you’re going to cancel an order don’t wait 30 minutes to do so. i’ll be using the location on 28th street from now on, and i highly recommend that store, super fast and reliable every time.

Ordered delivery around 4pm and my order arrived 35 minutes later fresh from the oven. This is my only experience with this location. Highly recommended.

I gave this location a couple of chances despite the reviews, but unfortunately, this is just not currently a very well run store. Each time, there was an issue with either the delivery or the order itself. They did offer me a coupon for the issues, but they only give you 7 days to utilize the coupon. If you decide to give this location a chance, just go into it with low expectations, and it will be a better experience for you.
