Food is so good loved their homemade biscuits and my husband loved his breakfast burrito. Lovely wait staff. Just wish it was bigg er inside to seat more customers.

Definitely not the dots I remember as a kid, the food has Definitely gotten to be something less desirable!! But will be going back to see if it was just a one off thing.

Great local spot. The food is great, esp the biscuits! We also like the trivia cards at the table and counter.

The older lady with the long black hair was very rude to the guy sitting next to me at the bar. He asked for his check and she stated she was too busy at the moment then proceeded to tell him how stressful her job was. He explained he was pressed for time and she did not care. She was also very short with me and was not a polite person. She stated she had others to help before she could help me. Customer service is horrible here. The food was average. Prices are what you might expect in Boulder. I hope this is not the normal and she is just having a bad day

Just like I remember it amazing. My only criticism is they would not share their biscuit recipe with me.🤣🤣🤣

Stopped in on a pretty busy Thursday morning and sat at the counter which is posted as open seating. Sat there for 15 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment from staff while others were receiving service next to us. We left hungry and disappointed. Will not be returning which is unfortunate because the food looked good.

Love Dots! It’s like a blast from the past. Good diner menu. Service is always great. One of the best cinnamon rolls in Boulder.

We absolutely loved our experience at Dot's, from the eclectic decorations to Luna our server, who was an absolute DELIGHT (when she learned we were down for our dog to have a procedure she asked our names (and our pups) so she could pray for us specifically), to the delicious food, we would DEFINITELY recommend a stop here!

a Boulder institution!
I love the small breakfast burrito with black beans and green chile
and the AM Sandwich with avocado

Will start with the fact that I eat here all the time. Can usually sit down quickly without too much of a wait, you don’t have to deal with CU kids, people are super friendly, and the food comes out hot and quick.

But if we’re being honest, the food is a 3.5/5.

Totally a classic hodge podge diner, super old school.
Does not work well if you have small kids who need a high chair.
The gravy is honestly terrible, tasted under cooked and so bland.
Bascuit was ok, hashbrowns I enjoyed. My eggs came out over medium, when I ordered over easy. Not the end of the world, but happens all too often at many restaurants.

Server was ok, young kid. Nice, checked in with us some.

Basic diner with ok food. For sure have their regulars, which is great.

A true Boulder business. There aren't many small Boulder businesses left in Boulder anymore. Go to Dot's! The food is great! They are awesome.
