This café has such a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The coffee is excellent, and the food is outstanding—especially the fresh tomatoes with pesto, which are an absolute must-try! The home fries were cooked perfectly, and the Eggs Benedict with ham was rich and flavorful. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. I can’t recommend this spot enough—if I could give it six stars, I absolutely would! A perfect stop for breakfast or brunch.

Great. All made from scratch. Just a regular diner kind of place. Large variety on menu.

What Doug has done to the roader is an abomination. Blue collar Boulder RAN on roaders, and Doug increased the price 60% in under a year?? The price increased from $5 to $7 when the price of eggs was crazy (understandable) but then they raised the price again to $8 after the price of eggs fell again? This is an affront to the boulder working class. The roader was the last non-fast food cheap option for breakfast in Boulder and you’ve killed it. Shame on you, Doug.

Doug's Diner could become an iconic location in the city of Boulder. Everything was five star. It really should be a destination when visiting Boulder. And for those of you who count yourself as locals, lucky you!

On my next visit, Doug's Diner is going to be stop number one.

Hadn't been to this place in a while, went last weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the food, drink and service. I had the Biscuits and Gravy with a Bloody Mary. I'm very picky about my Bloody Mary's, and this one totally won me over! The food was awesome too! Thank you, I will be back!!

Had a great dining experience this weekend. Was seated quickly and our server was fab!! The biscuits and gravy were to die for and my Bloody Mary was hands down the best one I’ve had in a decade or more!! 10/10. Could not recommend enough!!

Great diner, new to us - fresh, hot breakfast quesadilla with guacamole, cream cheese and freshly cut salsa; also “the basic” with a delicious biscuit and some serious bacon slices. Sits right next to 93 for a convenient a beautiful drive back to Denver.
