I went here for breakfast and had the Taos with green chile. The green Chile is mild but has good flavor. They have a homemade hot sauce that is mostly just heat, so I added some to my green chile to get heat and flavor. Good value, too; it was a lot of food for a reasonable price. My teenage son god the breakfast burrito. He enjoyed it but he couldn’t finish it because it was big. I found out after I ordered a drink that there are other drinks not listed on the menu. So this seems like the type of place that if you don’t see something on the menu, ask your server. Boulder has a lot of great breakfast places. If you’re looking for a southwestern themed breakfast with some traditional options or if you just need to get stuffed, this is a great option. I will be back.

Great place for breakfast or lunch in Boulder. It's not downtown, so there's ample parking. I've been there twice with my 96 year old dad, and I'm looking forward to going sgain

Doug’s diner is fantastic! They had so many amazing options! It was difficult to choose one. I decided on the bison burger and it was amazing! The staff are friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is fun and relaxed and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Hands down the worst Doug's diner I've been to. I have bragged about Doug's diner and raved about it to my friends about how good they are. And what I learned is if you want good service and good food don't go to the one in Boulder because it is not what you're going to get.!!!

Service sucks waited there for 15 min with nobody to help, take my order maybe racist place

We arrived at 1:00pm and chose this place because of the dog patio. The waiter came to us fairly quickly and gave our dogs a treat. Then we ordered our drinks and the waiter stood and chatted for about 15+ minutes. He said the large mimosa $7:50 was a better value than the 0.99 special as the special was “tiny”. When it arrived it was only twice the size as the small one. We saw people arrive 10 and 15 minutes after us. They both received their food and finished it and got their check and left before our food was even delivered. The burgers we ordered were meant to be medium rare but came out well done. This was an hour after we had been seated. We didn’t bother sending them back as it had already been so long and we couldn’t wait any longer. The people at the next table who arrived 30 minutes after us had their food before us. This was our second time trying this diner as we had bad service the first time but decided to give it one more chance. We won’t be back.
